Medical services have received widespread attention from all over the world.Medical and health services are not only related to social stability and people’s well-being,but also have an important impact on national economic growth.After years of exploration,my country’s medical level and efficiency have been greatly improved.However,the phenomenon of "difficult and expensive medical treatment" among the people is still prominent.With the development of the electronic healthcare industry and the Internet of Things technology,the model of remote medical services has become a more flexible and convenient way of seeking medical treatment.However,there are still the following problems:(1)The storage and computing capabilities of Io T devices are weak.Some scholars store the data collected by Io T devices in cloud servers,but the data stored centrally may be at risk of being tampered with or lost.(2)In telemedicine services,there is a risk of data leakage and low data communication efficiency during the interaction between users,doctors and hospitals.(3)The user needs to know the doctor’s identity information before authorizing the doctor.However,the identity certificate issued by the Certificate Authority(CA)cannot meet the real-time requirements of the doctor’s identity information.For example,after the doctor’s identity information is changed,the new certificate may not be issued in time,and it is difficult for the doctor to provide the user with real-time identity information.In addition,the sharing of medical big data can promote cooperation between medical institutions and improve the efficiency of scientific research.Currently,many medical organizations are isolated from each other,and medical data cannot be fully utilized.When sharing data,it is not only necessary to ensure data security,but also to improve the efficiency of data communication.This paper focuses on two aspects of the interaction protocol between users,doctors and hospitals in telemedicine services and the sharing of medical big data.In order to solve the above problems,the main work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper proposes a blockchain-based privacy protection scheme TMS for telemedicine services.In the scheme,three types of blockchains,namely,Userchain,Medicalchain and Identitychain are constructed to protect the privacy of data,realize a secure interaction process and ensure the usability of data.In the TMS,the privacy of the data is protected.In order to allow users to join the TMS at will,the Userchain is constructed as a public chain.In the Userchain,the user’s data privacy is protected,and the user can securely transmit data to the doctor and realize the management of the session key.In order to realize the supervision of doctors by hospitals,the Medicalchain is constructed as an alliance chain.After the user revokes the authorization of the doctor,the doctor can still easily access the historical diagnosis record,and the hospital can effectively supervise the diagnosis of the doctor.The TMS scheme reduces the communication cost of the key by 82.8% compared to the Healthchain scheme.(2)In the TMS scheme,a doctor’s Identitychain is designed,and the doctor’s historical identity information is built into a chain structure through identity information transactions,and the storage structure of the doctor’s identity information is designed.In terms of authority,anyone can access the identity chain,but only the hospital has the right to manage the doctor’s identity information,which ultimately ensures the accuracy and real-time nature of the doctor’s identity information.(3)A solution for sharing medical big data based on Quorum blockchain is proposed,namely Sharingchain.In the solution,by decoupling key management and data transmission to improve communication efficiency,the purpose of data one-time distribution and multi-person authorization can be realized.Compared with the Quorum solution,the Sharingchain solution greatly reduces the communication cost of the data in the interactive protocol.
