A Study On Stakeholder Conflict In The Construction Of County Medical Community

County medical treatment is an important part of national health service system.At present,due to the relative independence of interests and the lack of effective division of labor and cooperation mechanism,to a certain extent,it restricts the overall development of the county's medical service capacity.As one of the four modes of medical alliance construction,county medical alliance is an important step to promote the deepening of medical reform.Through the cooperation of medical institutions at different levels in the county,high-quality resources are connected from top to bottom,so that people can enjoy the same quality services as big hospitals at home,and the service capacity of grassroots medical institutions is greatly enhanced.However,as a new thing to deepen the reform of the medical and health system,the county medical community has encountered many obstacles due to the conflicts of interests.This paper argues that the conflict of interest among all stakeholders of the county medical community is the resistance factor to the construction of the medical community.In this paper,based on the perspective of stakeholders,the integrated use of semi-structured interview method,expert consulting method,questionnaire survey and field investigation method,for the county medical body,which can identify the core stakeholders and appeal to describe the performance of the conflicts between various stakeholders,mining the cause of the conflict of interest and its influence,to explore the solution to the conflict of interest coordination strategy,for zhanjiang xuwen county medical body method reference for the building and operation.This article from the perspective of stakeholders,in order to resolve conflicts of interest for the purpose,from raising patients for the county medical attention and recognition,through policy incentives to meet the aspirations of county-level hospitals,intensify efforts to improve the towns and townships,led the overall strength,build hospital and members of the community of interests,health departments actively participating in several aspects,such as reform puts forward some countermeasures to resolve the conflict of interests of various stakeholders.
