With the rapid development of Internet technology and the widespread use of information technology in the healthcare field,the medical data grows exponentially.And,since the heterogeneous medical data,featured by alternative sources shows great diversity in structures,lowering the efficiency of diagnose.A mass of medical data is often described as text,making it difficult to analyze changes between several physical exams.The accumulation of data has also led to a growing gap and no relationship among the information collected from electronic medical records(EMR)and the Information obtained by general hospitals through the Hospital Information System(HIS),Laboratory Information Management System(LIS)and other clinical medical systems.Moreover,Cumbersome system operation and inefficient information retrieval brings inconvenience to the medical diagnosis.Compared with text information,data visualization technology combines the subjective initiative of people with image processing and the computational advantages of machines,providing a more convenient and efficient way for users to visually exploit key information.This paper provides a user interface and visualization method to assist clinical tasks to help users understand and search the contents of medical records with friendly man-machine interaction and highlighting theme-information.This paper analyzed the electronic medical records of myocardial ischemia patients,constructed the health figure by radial visualization,and integrated multiple groups of EMR with the same attributes into an n-dimensional dynamic view in a chronological order to analyze the evolution of the health status of patients with myocardial ischemia over time.To strengthen patients' knowledge about cardiovascular disease and improve the awareness of disease prevention.In this paper,in terms of the department of cardiovascular disease,disease symptoms,diagnosis,examination items and so on,the corresponding graph Schema is designed to determine the basic category,category attribute and semantic relation of the graph.Through the information extraction,the seven kinds of entities and eight kinds of semantic relations were formed,and finally,we designed a medical knowledge map centering on cardiovascular disease.Based on the preliminary work of the laboratory,this paper builds a remote visualization system of myocardial ischemia information for medical data management and data visualization based on B/S structure.The view layer of the includes several function modules: user login,user registration,data management(patients query,medical record query,and medical records)and clinical data entry(medical records addition and medical records correction).Data storage layer can share electronic medical record database between different hospital.Besides,according to the functional modules of the client,the business layer performs business logic to realize the interaction between the client and database.The web-based medical joint platform has formed a diagnosis and treatment system dominated by telemedicine,medical diagnosis coordination and win-win cooperation,it can manage the medical records and diagnose early myocardial ischemia,which improves the health services.
