Objective To analyze the influencing factors of polysomnosis monitoring results in Lhasa and the differences of polysomnosis monitoring results in Tibetan and Han populations. Methods To collect 2016 January 1 to January 31,2020 lines in the Tibet Autonomous Region People's Hospital,133cases of patients with polysomnography,There were 65Tibetan cases and 68 Han cases, collecting patient demographic data?name, gender, age, nationality, etc.?,clinical observations?height, weight, neck circumference, body mass index?BMI?,clinical manifestation, past medical history, etc.?,and laboratory data?hemoglobin and triglyceride, total cholesterol, etc.?,the sleep monitoring data?sleep apnea hypoventilation index, oxygen reduction index, the average night SpO2,the longest apnea time,etc.?.To analyze the influencing factors of polysomnosis monitoring results in Lhasa and the differences of polysomnosis monitoring results in Tibetan and Han populations. Results The analysis of the collected 133 patients was as follows:?1?the analysis of related factors of polysomnography monitoring showed that:1)sleep apnea hyper ventilation index?AHI?,hypoxia index, longest apnea, longest hyper ventilation, obstructive events, central events and mixed events were positively correlated with BMI,neck circumference and waist circumference?r=+0.48+0.37+0.40,+0.16+0.09+0.19,+0.15+0.05+0.20,+0.33+0.35+0.31,+0.20+0.09+0.26,+0.39+0.20+0.16+0.18?.All P<0.05).2)there was a negative correlation between hemoglobin and hypoxia index in patients, and a positive correlation between hemoglobin and longest hypoventilation?r=-0.14+0.18,all P<0.05?.3)there was a positive correlation between triglycerides and oxide-index and central events?r=+0.51+0.26,all P<0.05?.Total cholesterol was negatively correlated with mean nocturnal oxygen saturation and positively correlated with obstructive events?r=-0.30+0.17,all P<0.05?.4)AHI was positively correlated with pulmonary artery pressure?r=+0.20,P<0.05?.5)in addition, there was no statistically significant difference between hip circumference and polysomnoea monitoring results?sleep apnea hypopnea index, hypoxia index, night mean SpO2,longest apnea time, longest hypopnea, obstructive events, central events, mixed events??all P=>,0.05?.?2?the difference analysis of polysomnea monitoring results among Tibetan and Han populations showed that when BMI?body mass index=weight?kg?/height?m?2??28kg/m2,the difference in average nocturnal blood oxygen saturation of Tibetan and Han populations was statistically significant?P<0.05?,and the average nocturnal blood oxygen saturation of Tibetan was lower than that of Han.When BMI of>was 28kg/m2,there was no statistically significant difference in average nocturnal blood oxygen saturation between Tibetan and Han nationalities?P>0.05?.Conclusion?1?related factors of polysomnography monitoring:1)the hemoglobin of patients was negatively correlated with the hypoxia index, and positively correlated with the longest hypoventilation.2)there was a positive correlation between triglycerides and oxygen subtraction index and central events in patients.Total cholesterol was negatively correlated with mean nocturnal oxygen saturation and positively correlated with obstructive events.3)patients with AHI were positively correlated with pulmonary artery pressure.4)there was no statistically significant difference between hip circumference and polysomnoea monitoring results?sleep apnea hypopnea index, hypoxia index, average SpO2 at night, longest apnea time, longest hypopnea, obstructive events, central events, mixed events?.?2?when BMI?28kg/m2,the average nocturnal blood oxygen saturation of Tibetan is lower than that of han. When BMI of>was 28kg/m2,the results of polysomnoea monitoring?AHI,minimum nocturnal blood oxygen saturation, average nocturnal blood oxygen saturation, longest apnea, longest hypoventilation, obstructive events, central events, mixed events, hypoventilation values?showed no significant difference among Tibetan and han populations.
