ObjectiveTo study the correlation between polysomnography and hemoglobin level in patients with OSAHS by polysomnography, guide clinical diagnosis and treatment, can effectively improve the sleep quality of the patients, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease caused by OSAHS and hyperhemoglobinemia, improve the prognosis of patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods:1.Object and groupingFrom February 2015-July 2017 in the Yangtze University affiliated HuanggangCentral Hospital outpatient or hospitalization of 419 patients underwent PSG monitoring, the diagnosis of OSAHS patients in 58 cases of HGB?160g/L,as the high hemoglobin group,99 cases of HGB<160g/L,as control group, statistical analysis of the monitoring results, the mean between the two groups in the comparison withx±s,Person correlation analysis,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.ResearchIn 58 cases of HGB patients with OSAHS than 160g/L,as the high hemoglobin group,99 cases of HGB<160g/L,as control group, the correlation between two groups of each index difference and PSG index and hemoglobin level.3.Observation indexThe differences of the longest apnea time(s),the longest hypoventilation time(s),the apnea frequency, the number of hypoventilation, the AHI,the lowest SaO2 and the SaO2between the two groups were compared, and the correlation between PSG monitoring index and hemoglobin level was compared.4.Collection of datasFrom February 2015-July 2017 in the Yangtze University affiliated Huanggang Central Hospital outpatient or hospitalization of 419 patients underwent PSG monitoring, male 263 cases, female 156 cases,age(44.46+12.36)years;157 cases could be diagnosed as OSAHS,99 cases were male;58 were female;were divided into young group(aged 18-45 years),64 cases;the middle age group(aged 45-65 years),82 cases;the elderly group(>65 years old),11 cases, analysis the polysomnogram and blood routine of OSAHS patients.5.Analysis of datasAll the counting data in this subject were tested by x~2,and the measurement datawere tested by t test. The matched data used Relevance analysis of Pearson. This topic uses the statistical software of SPSS 19 to make statistical analysis of data, and P<0.05has significant difference as a test standard.Results(1)General information:157 patients were diagnosed as OSAHS.The age of high hemoglobin group was(44.3±12.3 years),87.9%in males(51/58 years),the age of non-high hemoglobin group was(49.9±12.9 years),48.5%in males(48/99).The differences in sex and age distribution were statistically significant(P<0.05);high hemoglobin group With hyperlipidemia was 51.7%(30/58),hypertension was 46.6%(27/58),cerebral infarction was 45.0%(18/40),the above complications in the control group were 35.4%(35/99)?23.2%(23/99)?20.0%(11/55),the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),no statistical significance of coronary heart disease and other complications.(2)There was no significant difference in apnea frequency, hypoventilation frequency, and minimum SaO2 and between high hemoglobin group and non high hemoglobin group(P>0.05).(3)The difference was statistically significant between the longest apnea time, the longest hypoventilation time, the AHI and the average SaO2(P<0.05).(4)Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was no correlation between the hemoglobin value of OSAHS patients and the longest apnea time, the longest hypoventilation time, the apnea frequency and the number of low ventilation times. It was positively correlated with AHI and negatively correlated with the average SaO2(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)HGB level is positively correlated with AHI and negatively with average SaO2,which shows that OSAHS aggravated, hypoxia also aggravated,HGB value obviously increased, the increase of HGB level is related to hypoxia and the degree of hypoxia.(2)The HGB value is linearly correlated with the risk factors associated with ischemic stroke.(3)HGB level is closely related to chronic night hypoxia caused by OSAHS.
