Objective Through statistical analysis of the clinical data of 85 cases of extra-nodal NK/T cell lymphoma, the prognostic factors of extra-nodal NK/T cell lymphoma(ENKTL)were discussed from different perspectives of clinical indicators(blood routine, biochemistry, immunity)and pathological immunohistochemistry. Methods Clinical data were collected from 85 patients with extra-nodal NK/T cell lymphoma(ENKTL)who were admitted to the first affiliated hospital of Anhui medical university and the second affiliated hospital of Anhui medical university from March2009 to March 2019.All the patients underwent consultation in the department of pathology and met the pathological and genetic classification and diagnostic criteria of WHO hematopoietic and lymphoid malignancies.Routine blood index(white blood cell count, neutrophil count, lymphocyte count, mononuclear cell count, hemoglobin count, platelet count),biochemical indicators(albumin, prealbumin, lactate dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase, total cholesterol, cereal third transaminase, aspertate aminotransferase),immune index(beta 2 microglobulin, ferritin),immunohistochemical index(EBER,Ki-67),and age,Ann Arbor in installment,IPI score,PS score, with or without bone marrow infiltration situation, the first mode of treatment for CR,such as data collection.Put these data into the single factor analysis, single factor analysis using the method of Kaplan-Meier,draw the extra-nodal NK/T cell lymphoma prognosis related factors, the single factor associated with prognosis again into multiple factors analysis, factor analysis by using the Cox proportional hazards model analysis, and finally with chi-square test method of double factor correlation analysis,to explore these indicators to the effect of prognosis of extra-nodal NK/T cell lymphoma. Results Among the 85 patients with extra-nodal NK/T cell lymphoma(ENKTL)in the first affiliated hospital of Anhui medical university and the second affiliated hospital of Anhui medical university, the median survival time was 27.0 months.Among all the patients,63 survived and 22 died, accounting for 25.9% of the total number of patients in the whole group.Among the patients in the whole group,50 patients survived for 1year,27 patients survived for 3 years, and 14 patients survived for 5 years. The overall survival rates at 1 year,3 years, and 5 years were 58.8%,31.8%,and 16.5%.In factor analysis, the presence of group B symptoms,Ann Arbor in installment,IPI score,PS score for the first time, with or without bone marrow involvement, treatment is complete remission(CR),hemoglobin count, platelet count, prealbumin, ferritin, aspertate aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase and beta 2 microglobulin are all affect the extra-nodal NK/T cell lymphoma(ENKTL)single factors related to prognosis.Complete remission after the first treatment and PS score, platelet count were independent prognostic factors for extra-nodal NK/T cell lymphoma. Conclusion Anemia(a low hemoglobin),a former high platelet hematic disease, low serum albumin leels, high iron protein, high aspertate aminotransferase, high lactate dehydrogenase and high beta 2 micro globulin hematic disease, bone marrow involvement,Ann Arbor in installment, group B symptoms, high IPI score and PS score, were all associated with poor prognosis of the extra-nodal NK/T cell lymphoma.Among these facters, the efficacy of the first treatment(with or without CR)and PS score, platelet count could be used as independent factor indicators affecting the prognosis of extra-nodal NK/T cell lymphoma.
