With the advent of the information age,computer technology has achieved rich results in more and more fields.Nowadays,related research on intelligent medicine based on computer technology has attracted widespread attention.Computer technology,especially artificial intelligence technology has applications in many aspects of the medical field,such as auxiliary diagnosis,efficacy analysis and prognosis prediction.Chinese medicine,as a traditional Chinese medical theory,also requires the integration of computer technology.There are some problems in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)interrogation,for example,when the doctor analyzes a patient's condition,there are some subjective judgments in the case record that affect the final diagnosis.This paper focuses on the subjective and non-standard problems in the process of TCM interrogation,and designs a TCM interrogation system integrating tongue image annotation to help doctors collect cases objectively and normally,doctors can use the system to manage case records.The work helps doctors store valuable cases,reduces the burden of doctors and provides a good idea about the informatization of TCM medical services.In the design of the algorithm,the paper uses tongue image data to help doctors perform tongue image analysis.Considering the multi-modal characteristics of the data,an tongue image annotation algorithm based on adversarial auto-encoder is designed and implemented.The paper models the work as an image annotation problem.The algorithm first captures the semantic features of the image through the encoder,and then decodes the features to generate a sentence description.This method is used to predict the doctor's diagnosis,aiming to help doctors objectively analyze the disease state.In the design of the system,First the paper analyses the requirements of the TCM interrogation system based on the process of doctor's interrogation,about its functional requirements and non-functional requirements.After acquiring user requirements,the logical structure and functions of the system are designed.This paper divides the system into two major functional modules,case collection and case management based on functional requirements.Each module has its own sub-module.In the design of the system development framework,this paper designs the system based on MVC architecture.The system is divided into three parts: the data layer,the control layer,and the view layer,to reduce the couplingbetween layers.Each layer implements the different function,and each layer cooperates to complete the construction of the entire system.The development of the TCM interrogation system meets the doctor's demand for medical service informationization,improves the efficiency of the TCM interrogation,and manages valuable case.And to some extent,the paper solves some problems in the TCM interrogation,it is of great significance to the modernization of Chinese medicine.
