The Design Of TCM Face Diagnosis Auxiliary System

TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)contains the principle of human body physiology,disease,disease diagnosis and disease prevention.TCM is not only the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese nation,is a part of Chinese traditional culture,it has both the characteristics of the natural sciences and humanities.In recent years,under the impact of the western medicine,TCM hesitated to move forward.The reform of scientific and objective TCM is imperative.A large number of doctors and relevant researchers went into the research of objective TCM diagnosis,striving to make TCM diagnosis based on objective and scientific basis instead of experience.In this paper,the TCM face diagnosis auxiliary system is a software system which achieve objective,quantitative and qualitative auxiliary diagnosis.The birth of the system is under the background of TCM diagnosis urgently needs objective and scientific basis,draws on the experience of digital image processing technology,adheres to the TCM knowledge as main body of the theory.The system is a product in the field of objective face diagnosis,is the practice of digital image processing technology in TCM,is the combination of TCM knowledge and digital image processing technology.As a complete software,the system implements a complete process including image acquisition,image processing and output report.It has realized color judgment of tongue coating and nature,facial skin disease recognition and simple classification.It is a software system that has a definite function and complete process.Tongue segmentation,separation between tongue coating and nature,facial skin diseases recognizer are the main research content and focus of the system.Experimental data show that: the method based on brightness transform referencing color and location can be ideal for tongue segmentation tasks;both from the clustering effect and results of separation between tongue coating and nature,through the selection of properties the method based on clustering has showed its superiority;the facial skin diseases recognizer based on LBP texture feature and cascade AdaBoost framework has high accuracy rate and recall rate that can be accepted for the actual application.The system is not a substitute for the doctor's diagnosis.It just objectively and automatically judge color of tongue coating and nature,presence of facial skin disease.It can provide objective reference opinions to the doctor's diagnosis,at the same time,these valuable diagnostic information can also be preserved intact.The system can promote the development of digital and objective TCM.
