The wrist joint is the most flexible and one of the most vulnerable joints in the human body,in which the triquetral bone is an important part of the wrist joint and is the basis for the integrity and good function of the wrist joint. However, due to many reasons, triquetral fractures often appear missing in clinic, missed diagnosis will lead to the long-term existence and delay of triquetral fractures, and the different materials and methods of open reduction and internal fixation play an important role in fracture healing.we design, implement this topic, and have collected, collated and analyzed the experimental data, which is expected to improve the basic understanding of triquetral bone and guide clinical work. Objective(s):Through the perfusion and observation of the trophoblastic vessels in the triquetral bone, the location and shape of the trophoblastic foramen of the triquetral bone and the shape of the trabecular structure of the triquetral bone were analyzed and summarized, and the basic understanding of the microstructural structure of the triquetral bone was improved. Methods:The gelatin powder and Pb3O4 were fully mixed and heated in a certain proportion, then filtered under constant temperature,12 samples were dissected and then marked with arteriovenous veins, fixed and flushed fluid was used to treat all the blood vessels and then clamped all the blood vessels, then the filtered suspensions were perfused with constant pressure and tissue under constant temperature. After perfusion, the scanning surface was carried out by Micro-CT.Summary.Results:The proximal volar, dorsal ulnar side of the body and distal dorsal sides of triquetral bone showed relatively constant nutrient foramen, the proximal volar side is 1.42±0.51,the body ulnar dorsal side is 1.58±0.51,and the distal dorsal side is 3.25±0.87;The diameter of intraosseous vessels in proximal volar side is 0.52±0.07 mm,which is thicker, the others are 0.48 ±0.11 mm and 0.48±0.12 mm.There was no significant difference in the diameter of the nutrient foramen between the two groups(P>0.05).The nutrient vessels on the palmar side of the proximal part of the triquetral bone extend deeper into the bone, maintaining a certain bone diameter and parallel to the long axis of the triquetral bone;there are many nutrient vessels on the dorsal side of the distal part of the triquetral bone, but the vessels that continue into the bone are short and shallow; The trabeculae of the triquetral bone have some characteristics,in which there are obvious loose areas on the dorsal side.Conclusion(s):1.There are constant nutrient pores and vessels in the proximal metacarpal, ulnar dorsal and distal dorsal sides of the triquetral bone;2.The nutrient vessels in the proximal metacarpal are the main blood supply source of the triquetral bone, followed by the nutrient vessels in the ulnar dorsal side of the body;3.The sparsity of the trabecula in the dorsal side of the triquetral bone may be related to the dorsal avulsion fracture, but it needs to be further verified.4.It is suggested that internal fixation combined with postoperative plaster should be used for the treatment of the fracture of the body of triquetral and the large avulsion fracture of the back.
