Objective:This study comparatively analyzed the different levels of IL-9,IL-13,human agglutinin CLU,and human transthyretin TTR in the serum of people with different degrees of cognitive dysfunction in the community.Correlation between the occurrence and progression of disorders, and to find biomarkers suitable for early diagnosis and population screening of cognitive disorders. Methods:From March 2019 to September 2019,the medical examination population from the Shanghai Pudong New Area People's Hospital Physical Examination Center and the dementia patients in the Chuansha District Welfare Home were selected as the research objects, then we collected their baseline data(gender, age, education, smoking history, drinking history, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, height, weight),scored on MoCA scale, collected blood samples for cryopreservation, and performed cranial MR examination to exclude cerebrovascular disease and intracranial occupying.Exclude Parkinson's disease, depression, poisoning, inflammation or metabolic diseases, malignant tumors.According to the scale score,31 patients in the normal group,80 patients in MCI group, and 59 patients in the clinical AD group were selected. The clinical AD group diagnostic criteria refered to the 2011 National Institute of Aging and Alzheimer's Disease Association(NIA-AA)diagnostic criteria.ELISA kits were used to detect the levels of IL-9,IL-13,CLU,and TTR in the blood samples of the three groups of patients.Data were obtained and analyzed using analysis of variance and Logistic regression analysis. Results:Patients in the normal group,MCI group and clinical AD group had significant differences in terms of education?6 years and age,but there were nosignificant differences in indicators such as gender, history of hypertension and history of diabetes.Patients in the normal group,MCI group, and clinical AD group had significant differences in the three indicators of IL-13,CLU,and TTR,but there was no significant difference in the IL-9 indicators. In the analysis of different genders, ages, whether combined with diabetes mellitus history, and HBP subgroups, there were no statistics on the four indicators of IL-9,IL-13,CLU and TTR in the normal group,MCI group and clinical AD group.difference.MoCA was negatively correlated with age(r=-0.68,p<0.001),positively correlated with TTR(r=0.16,p=0.003)and CLU(r=0.11,p=0.039).In addition, our results showed that IL-13 was negatively correlated with age(r=-0.19,p=0.015).The correlation analysis between MoCA's cognitive areas and related indicators found that in the visual space execution ability, naming, attention, language ability, abstract ability, delayed recall and orientation ability are negatively related to age, while the visual space execution ability,Attention, language ability, abstract ability and orientation ability are all positively correlated with TTR level, and abstract ability is also positively correlated with CLU level. Conclusions:Compared with the normal population, the peripheral serum IL-13,TTR and CLU levels in elderly(?65years old)patients with mild cognitive impairment and AD patients will have significant abnormal changes.Monitoring these three serum bioindicators will predict elderly cognition. The occurrence and development of obstacles have certain potential value.
