Establishment And Analysis Of Associated Lifestyle Database About Neurodegenerative Disease

Neurodegenerative diseases are increasingly affecting people's health and quality of life with the extension of human life.More and more scholars are studying neurodegenerative diseases,including Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease,which have a high correlation with age.In recent years,lifestyle medicine has been paid attention to and practiced because of the medical theory of treating the disease.So,it is very important to study the life habits of neurodegenerative diseases.Firstly,a lifestyle database for neurodegenerative diseases(NDDLD)was constructed.First,all neurodegenerative diseases were classified from mesh subject words database,then they were paired with living habits in PubMed,and finally eight neurodegenerative diseases with living habits data were identified.496 original literatures were selected from 6543 literatures according to inclusion deletion criteria,and 1232 neurodegenerative diseases related living habits were mined from them.In the second part,we analyze the collected data,and make meta-analysis on the living habit factors that affect several neurodegenerative diseases at the same time,including smoking,drinking and exercise,so as to realize the comprehensive analysis and verification of the factors.The results show that smoking has protective effect on Parkinson's disease,but it can increase the risk of ALS,and the effect on Alzheimer's disease needs further new evidence support.Alcohol consumption has no significant effect on ALS and PD,but can reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease.Exercise can effectively reduce the risk of PD and Alzheimer's disease,and it is a prognostic protective factor for Alzheimer's disease,but it may increase the risk of ALS.This project constructs a convenient retrieval platform for the lifestyle data of neurodegenerative diseases,and analyzes the influence of the same factor on the occurrence and development of different neurodegenerative diseases,which is conducive to the in-depth study of the occurrence and development of neurodegenerative diseases,and provides new thinking for the prevention and prognosis of neurodegenerative diseases.
