Objective:congenital heart disease(CHD)has a high incidence in neonatal population.Morbidity and mortality account for a large proportion in all types of birth defects.However,in the study of congenital heart disease,more focus on how to treat,but for its main causes and diagnostic methods of systematic evaluation of the study is less.In this article,the author use meta analysis,search in the related retrieval software congenital heart disease risk factors and the main diagnostic methods,including venous catheter blood flow spectrum screening method,DV blood flow spectrum joint neck transparent layer thickness screening method(NT)screening method of thickness and echocardiography,carry on the quantitative and systematic analysis,hope that through the author's research,can for the future provide certain theoretical basis for the diagnosis of congenital heart disease in clinical.Methods:comprehensive and complete retrieval of authoritative Chinese database and foreign database,including wanfang database,cnki,Chinese journal full-text database,weipu and other retrieval software,set the keywords as "congenital heart disease","echocardiography","diagnostic method","risk factors",etc.In addition,medline,science direct and other foreign language databases were searched synchronously,and keywords such as "congenital heart disease" and"Echocardiography" were entered to cooperate with manual retrieval.Review the literature on diagnosis methods and risk factors of congenital heart disease published at home and abroad,extract and sort out the data,and establish a unified database.All data were statistically processed by statistical software such as Stata Version 18.0 and Meta DiSc Veasion2.0.Results:(1)analysis on meta of risk factors of congenital heart disease:a total of 32 literatures were searched from 2009 to 2019,including 21 in Chinese and 11 in English.It is known that the risk factors of congenital heart disease mainly include mental stimulation,cold during pregnancy,exposure to bad chemicals during pregnancy,noise pollution,smoking during pregnancy,advanced metarnal age,etc.(2)diagnostic methods of congenital heart disease:a total of 30 literatures were found,including 10 in Chinese and 20 in English.The AUC of DV blood flow spectrum screening forCHDwas 0.53/0.97 and 0.870,respectively.The pooled sensitivity,specificity,and area under the SROC curve were 0.91,1.00,and 0.985,respectively.Conclusion:the main risk factors of congenital heart disease has family genetic history,pregnant women during pregnancy by mental stimulation,in the early pregnant cold,exposure to hazardous chemicals in the process of pregnancy,noise pollution,take medicine,pregnant women with a history of smoking during pregnancy,women,and father drink a lot,while pregnant women drinking during pregnancy can not be summed up as risk factors;The sensitivity and AUC value under SROC curve of DV blood flow spectrum combined with NT thickness screening for congenital heart disease in early pregnancy were much higher than that of a single screening method,indicating that combined screening was more accurate in early pregnancy.However,in the second trimester,the diagnostic method of echocardiography is more sensitive and specific than a series of examinations in the early trimester,indicating that the diagnostic accuracy of echocardiography in the second trimester is higher.Therefore,in order to accurately judge the congenital heart disease,we should pay attention to it in the early and the second trimester,and make a clear diagnosis.
