| Objective:The expressions of AnxA4 and OPN in ovarian cancer were detected, and the correlation between their expressions and the clinicopathological features of ovarian cancer and their correlation with the survival of ovarian cancer patients were analyzed,so as to explore new indicators for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation of ovarian cancer. Methods:From January 2012 to.October 2018,123 cases of ovarian cancer,40 cases of ovarian epithelial borderline tumor,40 cases of ovarian epithelial benign tumor and 40 cases of normal ovarian tissue were collected from the department of pathology, affiliated hospital of north sichuan medical college. The expressions of AnxA4 and OPN in tumor tissues were detected and analyzed by immunohistochemical SP method, and the correlation between their expressions and clinicopathological features were observed.SPSS 17.0 software was used to analyze all experimental data, and the Chi-Square test was used for comparison between the data analysis groups,Spearman rank correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis, and Log-rank test was used for Kaplan--meier survival analysis for univariate analysis.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.AnxA4 and OPN were differentially expressed in ovarian cancer, borderline tumor, benign tumor and normal ovarian tissue, and their positive expression rates were decreased successively. The positive expression rates of AnxA4 respectively were 71.5%,47.5%,17.5%,5.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of OPN respectively were 80.4%,45.0%,12.5%,0.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Positive expression rates of AnxA4 and OPN in ovarian cancer were significantly higher than those in borderline ovarian tumors and benign ovarian tumors, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the expression level between the two groups in normal ovarian tissues and benign tumor tissues(P>0.05).2.The positive expression of AnxA4 in ovarian cancer is related to clinical stage and degree of tissue differentiation(P<0.05),and it was not related to the age of the patient, histological type of tumor,or lymph node metastasis(P≥0.05).The positive expression of OPN in ovarian cancer is related to clinical stage, degree of tissue differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),and it was not related to the age of the patient,or histological type of tumor(P≥0.05).3.AnxA4 and OPN expression were positively correlated in ovarian cancer(r=0.338,P=0.000).4.The expressions of AnxA4 and OPN were correlated with the survival rate of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The expressions of AnxA4 and OPN vary from high to low in ovarian cancer, ovarian epithelial borderline tumor, ovarian epithelial benign tumor and normal ovarian tissue. It is speculated that AnxA4 and OPN are closely related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer and can be used as tumor markers of ovarian cancer.2.The expression of AnxA4 and OPN is related to the clinical stage and the degree of tissue differentiation. It is speculated that these two expressions are related to the prognosis of ovarian cancer patients, and high expression indicates poor prognosis.OPN expression is also associated with lymph node metastasis in patients, suggesting that OPN may be involved in the invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer.3.The expressions of AnxA4 and OPN in ovarian cancer are positively correlated. It is speculated that the two have a common regulatory mechanism and complement each other in the formation and development of ovarian tumors.4.The expressions of AnxA4 and OPN were correlated with survival, suggesting that they can be used as prognostic indicators for postoperative survival of patients with ovarian cancer. |
