Objective: Ovarian cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in female reproductive system.About 90% of the malignant ovarian tumors are epithelial ovarian cancer.Because of the relationship between the growth mode and the occurrence of parts, the early diagnosis of ovarian epithelial cancer is not easy to diagnose, prone to metastasis and extensive cultivation, the 5 year survival rate is very low, only 25%-30%.The pathogenesis of ovarian cancer is still not clear, may be related to a number of factors causing changes in the level of expression of some genes.A2 is a recently discovered factor related to tumor metastasis suppression. Some studies have shown that the expression of A2 protein in many malignant tumor tissues is reduced or absent, which may be closely related to the progression and metastasis of tumor.Osteopontin(Osteopontin,OPN)is a phosphorylated glycoprotein containing sialic acid,is an important extracellular matrix,it can promote tumor growth and metastasis, but the exact mechanism is unclear.Recent studies have proved that OPN has important significance in the diagnosis, monitoring and prognosis of breast cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer and prostate cancer. However, there is no correlation between the expression of A2 and in the ovarian cancer and the relationship between the expression of OPN and ovarian cancer, and there is no correlation between the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. The aim of this study was to explore the expression and clinical significance of A2 and OPN in ovarian cancer by immunohistochemical staining, and the correlation between the expression of A2 and OPN in ovarian cancer. Methods: ?mmunohistochemistry(immunohistochemistry,?HC)S.P method was used to detect the expression of A2 and OPN protein in 43 cases of ovarian cancer tissue and 24 cases of benign ovarian tumor.Results:1.The expression of A2 was detected by immunohistochemical method in 43 cases of ovarian cancer and 24 cases of benign ovarian tumor tissues: the positive expression of annexin A2 in ovarian cancer tissues was 39.53%(17 / 43)was significantly lower than the positive expression in ovarian benign tumor tissues was 75%(18 two / 24),with significant difference in Statistics(X2=7.765,P=0.005,P<o.01).The expression of annexin A2 in ovarian carcinoma: expression of lymph node metastasis was lower than that in the group without lymph node metastasis, the difference was statistically significant(f=4.036,P=0.045,P<o.05);the expression in different clinical stages of the cancer group(?,?,early ovarian cancer)was higher in advanced cancer(??,?V ovarian cancer)the difference was statistically significant(f=6.029,P=0.014,P<0.05);in ovarian cancer of different pathological types and different age groups,no significant difference between the expression of annexin A2(P>0.05).2.The expression of OPN 2 was detected by immunohistochemical method in 43 cases of ovarian cancer and 24 cases of benign ovarian tumor tissues: the positive expression of OPN protein in ovarian cancer tissues was 74.42%(32 / 43)was significantly higher than that of the positive expression in ovarian benign tumor tissues was 37.50%(11 / 24),two have a very significant difference in Statistics(f=8.841,P=0.003,P<0.01).The expression of OPN protein in ovarian cancer: expression of lymph node metastasis than those without lymph node metastasis, the difference was statistically significant(X2=11.692,P=0.001,P<0.01);the expression in different clinical stages of the cancer group(?,?,early ovarian cancer)was lower than advanced cancer(??,stage ?V ovarian cancer)the difference was statistically significant(X2=12.029,P=0.001,P<0.01);in ovarian cancer of different pathological types and different age groups had no significant difference in the expression of OPN(P>O.05).3 the expression of A2 and OPN was negatively correlated with the expression of(F=0.507,P=0.001,and P<0.01).Conclusion: The high expression of annexin A2 in benign ovarian tissues, significantly higher than the expression in ovarian cancer tissues, there was significant difference between the two groups, suggesting that annexin A2 may be involved in the inhibition of tumor occurrence, development and invasion and metastasis;high expression of OPN in ovarian carcinoma was significantly higher than that of the the expression in benign ovarian tissues, the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that OPN may be involved in the occurrence, development and promote tumor invasion and metastasis.Annexin A2 in ovarian cancer metastasis, the expression of lymph node metastasis was lower than that without lymph node metastasis, the difference was statistically significant;in different clinical stage groups, early cancer tissues(?,?,ovarian cancer)was higher in advanced cancer(??,stage ?V ovarian cancer),the difference was statistically significant. The results suggested that A2 was closely associated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage of ovarian cancer. The expression of A2 protein decreased or deleted, which could promote the invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer. However, there was no significant difference in the expression of A2 in the different pathological types of ovarian cancer and different age groups.?t was suggested that the relationship between the A2 and the type of tumor and the age at which the disease occurred was not.The expression of OPN in ovarian carcinoma, expression of lymph node metastasis than those without lymph node metastasis, the difference was statistically significant;expression in different clinical stages of the cancer group(?,?,early ovarian cancer)was lower than advanced cancer(??,stage ?V ovarian cancer),the difference was statistically meaning. The results suggested that OPN was closely related to lymph node metastasis and clinical stage of ovarian cancer. The expression of OPN could promote the invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer. The expression of OPN was not significantly different in different pathological types of ovarian cancer and different age groups.?t was suggested that OPN was not associated with the type of tumor and the age at which the disease occurred. The expression of annexin A2 and OPN in ovarian cancer tissues showed the opposite trend, suggesting that the two factors in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer and invasion and metastasis have the opposite effect in the process, and there is a close correlation between the two,and may participate in the same mechanism.
