Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of ESWL combined with vibration stone removal bed in the treatment of lower calyceal calculi.Methods:119 patients with lower calyceal calculi in Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College were randomly divided into extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy group and shock wave lithotripsy combined with vibration stone removal bed group.The experimental group was shock wave lithotripsy combined with vibration stone removal bed.The control group was treated with ESWL only.The stone removal effect was evaluated on the same day,one week and one month after gravel removal.The evaluation of stone removal effect mainly depends on ultrasound and abdominal plain film.The indexes include stone removal rate at different time points,total stone free rate,adverse reaction rate,complication rate,etc.Results:there was no difference in the first stone removal rate and complications between the experimental group and the control group.However,the clinical effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group in the stone removal rate of one day and the stone removal rate of one week and one month after the auxiliary stone removal.Conclusion:ESWL combined with vibration stone removal bed can significantly improve the stone removal effect,reduce the cost of auxiliary treatment,and not increase the incidence of adverse reactions. |
