Objective:To investigate the levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3(25-(OH)D3)in children with asthmatic bronchitis aged 6 months and 3 years old,and to analyze its relationship with IgE and NLR.To explore the correlation of serum 25-(OH)D3,total serum IgE,NLR with the incidence and severity of asthmatic bronchitis in infants.Methods:63 children from 6 to 32 months old who were diagnosed with asthma bronchitis was selected as the asthma group in the second hospital of ShanDong university from January 2018 to January 2019.According to the severity of the disease, they were divided into mild asthma group and moderate-severe asthma group.including 30 cases of mild asthma group and 33 cases of moderate severe asthma group. In addition,a total of 33 children who underwent physical examination in the outpatient department and ward of the second hospital of Shandong university during the same period were selected as the control group, and their age was(17.03±6.97)months..Collected peripheral blood samples of all enrolled children, and detected the levels of 25-(OH)D3?IgE,blood routine in each group.NLR was calculated by NEU count and LYM count in blood routine. All experimental data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:1.The levels of serum 25-(OH)D3 were 29.14±10.46ng/ml,55.62±13.02ng/ml,the levels of IgE were 86.27±45.47IU/ml,21.0518.54IU/ml,and the levels of NLR were 3.83±1.14 and 2.09±0.45,respectively,in the asthmatic group and the control group. The results showed:The levels of 25-(OH)D3 in the asthmatic group were significantly lower than the control group, and The levels of IgE and NLR in the asthma group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(Z=-7.1 02,Z-7.349,Z-6.891,respectively,P<0.001)2.The levels of serum 25-(OH)D3 were 35.35±9.72ng/ml,23.68±7.76ng/ml,and 55.62±13.02ng/ml,respectively,in the asthmatic mild group, the asthmatic moderate-severe group and the control group, there was statistically significant difference(X2=66.106,P<0.001).3.The levels of serum IgE were 58.18±24IU/ml,110.96±45.75IU/ml,and 21.05±8.54IU/ml,respectively,in the asthmatic mild group, the asthmatic moderate-severe group and the control group, there was statistically significant difference(?2=65.376,P<0.001).4.The levels of NLR were 3.16±0.67,4.42±1.15,and 2.09±0.45,respectively,in the asthmatic mild group, the asthmatic moderate-severe group and the control group, there was statistically significant difference(X2=56.532,P<0.001).5.Correlation analysis:The serum 25-(OH)D3 was negatively correlated with IgE,NLR in the asthmatic group(R=-0.873,-0.824,respectively,P<0.001).Conclusion:1.Serum vitamin D deficiency could affect the expression of IgE and the airway inflammation in the children with asthmatic bronchitis, which could lead to the occurrence and development of asthmatic bronchitis in infants.2.Monitoring 25-(OH)D3?IgE?NLR were helpful for the diagnosis of asthmatic bronchitis in infants, and could be used to assess the severity of the asthmatic bronchitis. At the same time, the appropriate supplementation of vitamin D may prevent or relieve the symptoms of asthmatic bronchitis. |
