Objective: To observe the effects of "tiaoshenchangqing" acupuncture on gastric residual rate, small intestine propulsion rate, fecal water content and nitric oxide content in gastrointestinal tissues and cells of rats with Parkinson's gastrointestinal dysfunction, and to explore the mechanism of "tiaoshenchangqing" acupuncture. Methods: Clean grade SD rats were selected and ventral injection of rotenone was used to prepare the rat model of Parkinson's gastrointestinal dysfunction. After 28 days,apo-induced climbing experiment, gastric residual rate, intestinal propulsion rate and fecal water content were used to verify the results.40 rats with successful modeling were randomly divided into model group, drug group, routine acupuncture group and tiaoshen acupuncture group.Another 20 rats were divided into blank group and sham model group, with 10 rats in each group,a total of 60 rats. After 14 days of treatment,NO content in gastric antrum and colon tissues was detected by ELISA,and the gastric residual rate and intestinal propulsion rate were measured and calculated. The obtained data were statistically analyzed using Graph Pad8.0software.Results:1.Gastric residual rate : The gastric residual rate in the model group was higher than that in the blank group, showing statistical significance(P < 0.05).Compared with the model group, the gastric residual rate of rats in the drug group, the general acupuncture group and the tiaoshen acupuncture group all decreased.Compared with the model, the drug group decreased significantly, which was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The decrease of tiaoshen acupuncture group was more significant than that of the normal acupuncture group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Intestinal propulsion rate : Compared with the blank group, the intestinal propulsion rate of the model group was significantly reduced, which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the model group, the intestinal propulsion rate of rats in the drug group increased, showing a statistical difference(P < 0.05).Compared with the model group, both the tiaoshen acupuncture group and the ordinary acupuncture group increased, and the tiaoshen acupuncture group increased more significantly, showing a statistical difference(P < 0.05).3.Fecal moisture percentage: Compared with the blank group, the fecal and stool water content of rats in the model group decreased significantly, showing a statistical difference(P < 0.01).Compared with the model group, the fecal water content of rats in the drug group increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Compared with the model group, the water content of the ordinary acupuncture group and the tiaoshen acupuncture group also increased, and compared with the ordinary acupuncture group, the tiaoshen acupuncture group increased significantly, with statistical significance(P < 0.01).4.NO content in gastric and colon tissues: The content of NO in the stomach and colon of rats in the model group increased significantly compared with that in the blank group(P < 0.05).Compared with the blank group, there was NO significant difference in the content of NO in the gastrointestinal tract of the sham group(P > 0.05).Compared with the model group, the content of NO in the drug group was significantly reduced, which was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Compared with the model group,NO content in the stomach and colon of rats in the two acupuncture groups was reduced, and the decrease was more significant in the tiaoshen acupuncture group than in the normal acupuncture group, which was statistically significant(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.In PD gastrointestinal dysfunction model rats, gastric residual rate was increased, intestinal propulsion rate and fecal water content were decreased, and NO content in gastrointestinal tissue cells was significantly increased.2."Tiaoshenchangqing" acupuncture can significantly reduce the NO content in PD gastrointestinal tissue cells, and the effect is better than that of the common acupuncture group, which is close to the therapeutic effect of western medicine.3."Tiaoshenchangqing" acupuncture can significantly reduce the NO content in PD gastrointestinal tissue cells, and the effect is better than that of the common acupuncture group, which is close to the therapeutic effect of western medicine.4.One of the mechanisms of "tiaoshenchangqing" acupuncture in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction of PD may be realized by regulating the content of NO in the gastrointestinal tract.
