Background:Stroke is the leading cause of death in China. In clinical practice, there is a lack of timeliness and effectiveness in the prevention and diagnosis of acute cerebral ischemic stroke.Medical imaging detection provides an important channel for clinical diagnosis and therapeutic effect monitoring of craniocerebral diseases and plays an important role in patient rehabilitation evaluation.Purpose:To further evaluate the abnormal changes of isosomal mirror isotopic connection(VMHC)in resting state of patients with ischemic stroke and its correlation with the patient's rehabilitation score, and further explore the correlation between craniocerebral neuroanatomy and brain region function,so as to further explore the neural mechanism of ischemic stroke.Methods:1.This study raised in 15 cases of healthy controls and 19 cases of subacute ischemic stroke patients with upper limb hemiplegia, neuroimaging used to calculate the individual internal cerebral hemisphere functions connection parameters and VMHC indicators, for ischemic stroke in the part of the brain regions in positioning, and the lesions caused by stroke hemiplegia function study of risk assessmentIn addition.2.This study on patients before and after treatment, the continuous observation lesions were assessed through routine neuroimaging recovery after antiplatelet medication, and practical implementation in contrast clinical treatment, compared with the blank control group further connections patient's brain function,to verify the accuracy of the predictive and prognostic evaluation of the indicators.3.Furthermore,19 cases of upper limb hemiplegia patients with subacute ischemic stroke were observed continuously before and after treatment, and interventional clinical contrast therapy was actually carried out to verify the prediction of this index and the accuracy of prognosis assessment, and to explore the feasibility of this index in the prediction of upper limb hemiplegia caused by ischemic stroke.Results:1.After 1 month of intergroup intervention for hemiplegia caused by subacute ischemic stroke,FMA score increased significantly(paired T:T=-10.077,P<0.001),from 84.3±4.3 at baseline to 91.5±4.1.On the other hand, the MBI score also changed significantly from 33.2± 10.1 to 41.9±10.0.2.Compared with the normal control group,VMHC of stroke patients in the pretreatment group was significantly reduced.Where, the clustering defined by t>2.23 and the corrected clustering threshold of p=0.05(AlphaSim correction).VMHC in the patient group showed large spatial deficits, such as SMA,superior temporal gyrus, temporal pole, middle frontal gyrus, anterior central and cerebellum.3.MBI measurements from before treatment to after treatment showed that the daily living ability of stroke patients was significantly improved compared with the control group, and the VMHC of stroke patients was significantly reduced, especially in the supplementary exercise area(SMA)and the anterior central gyrus.VMHC in the anterior central gyrus was significantly positively correlated with FMA,while VMHC in the anterior central gyrus was significantly positively correlated with MBI.Conclusions:1.There was also a significant correlation between intercerebral coordination outcomes and clinical scores in patients with ischemic stroke, suggesting that VMHC could be used to assess motor skills in patients with stroke.2.The VMHC of stroke patients changed dynamically along with the functional damage of neurons. The VMHC changes in the auxiliary motor area and the anterior central gyrus were obvious. The results suggest that stroke can lead to VMHC abnormalities, especially in areas associated with exercise.3.The positive correlation between VMHC value and motor function performance of stroke patients indicates that VMHC may be an important index reflecting motor function of stroke patients, and the results may become an effective target for future research on stroke treatment.4.The 3D rehabilitation brace for upper limb hemiplegia of stroke patients has a certain degree of rehabilitation applicability, and can be used for further clinical rehabilitation treatment for extended research.
