Objective:To analyze the infection of mycoplasma in ovarian tissue and its subtype distribution in ovarian cancer patients,to explore the correlation between mycoplasma infection and ovarian cancer, and to provide a new idea and research direction for clinical prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer. To summarize and study the law of TCM syndrome differentiation and classification of ovarian cancer patients, and to provide research guidance for the clinical treatment of ovarian cancer combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine.Method:we collected 20 ovarian cancer tissues and 15 normal ovarian tissues.polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used to detect mycoplasma infection in tissues and the distribution of its subtypes, mycoplasma ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)and mycoplasma hominis(Mh).to investigate the correlation between mycoplasma infection and ovarian cancer. From January 2018 to January 2020,85 patients with ovarian cancer who were hospitalized in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine and Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital were studied by questionnaire to summarize the general situation of ovarian cancer patients(such as age, education level, marriage status, occupation, family history of tumor and treatment fee),tumor stage, pathological type and distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome type. The relationship between TCM syndrome type and the above investigation contents is analyzed by software statistics to find out whether there are differences.Results:1.Mycoplasma was positive in ovarian cancer tissue in 11 cases(55%),mycoplasma infection was not found in normal ovarian tissue, and positive in 0 cases.both had significant statistical differences(P<0.01).2.The infection of mycoplasma with different subtypes in ovarian cancer tissues was different,of which 4 were Uu infected, with a positive rate of 20%;11 were Mh with a positive rate of 55%;and 4 were Uu with Mh infected, with a positive rate of 20%.Mh infection was higher than that of Uu infection and Uu with Mh mixed infection(55%vs 40%).3.Ovarian cancer patients have the highest incidence between 50 and 60 years of age(40.0%);Level of education is dominated by secondary level(43.5%);Workers with high occupational morbidity(38.8%);marriage is dominated by divorce or widowhood(57.7%),with few unmarried patients;Almost half the cost of treatment is covered by health care(48.2%);patients have a clear family history of cancer(17.6%);TCM syndromes type of ovarian cancer were mainly deficiency of qi and blood(40.0%),The distribution of syndromes type is deficiency of qi and blood>stagnation of qi and blood stasis type>dampness and heat accumulation toxin type>deficiency of qi and yin type>phlegm and dampness condensation type;pathological stage was concentrated in stage III(52.9%);The most common types of pathology are epithelial tumors(91.8%).4.There was no statistical difference in the distribution of TCM syndromes type of ovarian cancer compared with the patient's age, education, occupation, fee, marital status, family history and pathological type(P>0.05),and there was a statistical difference compared with different tumor stages(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Mycoplasma infection and ovarian cancer have a certain relationship, mycoplasma positive rate in ovarian cancer tissue is significantly higher than other benign lesions.Mycoplasma infection in ovarian cancer is dominated by Mh subtypes, partly accompanied by Uu mixed infection.Mycoplasma infection may be a risk factor for ovarian cancer, which provides a new idea for early prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer.2.The distribution pattern of TCM syndromes type in patients with ovarian cancer is deficiency of qi and blood>stagnation of qi and blood stasis type>dampness and heat accumulation toxin type>deficiency of qi and yin type>phlegm and dampness condensation type, which is related to different tumor stages. The early stage is mainly empirical, generally, dampness and heat accumulation toxin type is common in patients with stage ?,stagnation of qi and blood stasis type is common in the patients of stage ?,stage ? and?? patients with qi and blood deficiency syndrome performance is more obvious.
