Objective:The study was aimed at analyzing the clinical features of cellular leiomyoma, and dicussing the postoperative recurrence between the cellular leiomyoma patient and the uterine myoma patient.Methods:1.Retrospective analysis the patients which were all from The fist affiliated hospital of Kunming medical university from January 2016 to December 2018.Select 50 patients which pathological diagnosis was cellular leiomyoma as experimental group,at the same time select 50 patients which pathological diagnosis was uterine myoma as control group.Analysis the basic information, clinical features, examination and other clinical data.2.Compare the postoperative recurrence of myoma between experimental group and control group, discuss is there a difference between cellular leiomyoma patient and uterine myoma patient.Results:1.Experimental group:the average was(39.84±5.53)years,the median age was 41.00 years,11 patients(22.0%)were ethnic minorities,39 patients(78.0%)were Han people.Control group:the average was(40.84 ±6.80)years,the median age was 41.50 years,9 patients(18.0%)were ethnic minorities,41patients(82.0%)were Han people. The main clinical features were menstrual changes, abdominal mass, leucorrhea increase, others including abdominal pain, irregular vaginal bleeding during perimenopausal period, etc.Asymptomatic patients find out only by B mode ultrasound examination. In experimental group, there were 7 patients with history of cesarean section,44 patients who had completed childbirth,31 patients with history of abortion, age of menarche was between 12-18years old, average age of menarche was 14.14±1.48 years old.In control group there were 9 patients with history of cesarean section,43 patients who had completed childbirth,33 patients with history of abortion, age of menarche was between 11-18years old, average age of menarche was 13.56±1.51 years old.Pathological diagnosis:in experimental group,48 patients diagnosised as cellular leiomyoma,1 patient diagnosised as cellular leiomyoma with local hyaline change,1 patient diagnosised as cellular leiomyoma, adenomyma. In control group,46 patients diagnosised as uterine myoma,1 patient diagnosised as uterine myoma with severe interstitial edema,3 patients diagnosised as uterine myoma,adenomyma.2.Comparison of differences between two samples:compared two group's age, nationality, patients' history of cesarean section, fertility frequency, abortion times, age of menarche,CDFI,Hb,anemia occur or not, need blood transfusion treatment or not, single or multiple, number of uterine myoma removed, size of uterine myoma. The result is P>0.05,there is no significant difference between the two samples.3.In experimental group the average follow-up time was 23.74±0.87 months, and 20 patients with recurrent uterine myoma, tumor diameter less than 5cm,doesn't need further surgical treatment. In control group the average follow-up time was 30.5 ±1.20months,and 18 patients with recurrent uterine myoma, tumor diameter less than 5cm,doesn't need further surgical treatment too. There was no significant difference in recurrence between the two groups(P=0.680>0.05).On the premise of strict postoperative follow-up,myomectomy was safe and feasible for cellular leiomyoma patients. Conclusion(s):There was no significant difference in postoperative recurrence between the cellular leiomyoma patient and the uterine myoma patient.
