| Objective:To investigate the serum Betatrophin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with different urinary protein levels,and to investigate the correlation among Betatrophin,metabolic parameters and urinary protein levels by analyzing relevant factors.Methods:144 subjects were divided into non-diabetic group(30 cases)and type 2 diabetes mellitus group(114 cases).According to UACR level,type 2 diabetes mellitus group was divided into UACR<30 mg/g group(39 cases),UACR 30-300 mg/g group(55 cases)and UACR>300 mg/g group(20 cases).The general indices of human body were determined,and determined HbAlc,FPG,2hPBG,FCP,2hPCP,TG,TC,HDL-c,LDL-c,BUN,Scr,UA,eGFR and serum betatrophin levels to analyzed.The parameters related to urinary protein level and those closely related to Betatrophin were analyzed.The independent influencing factors of urinary protein level were determined by regression analysis.Result:1.Compared with the non-diabetic group group,the levels of Age,TG,LDL-c,FPG,2hPBG,HbA1c,Scr,BUN,UA and Betatrophin in T2DM group were significantly higher,while the levels of FCP and eGFR were significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant.The levels of Age,Duration,TG,HbA1c,BUN,UA and Betatrophin in each group of type 2 diabetes mellitus group increased gradually with the increase of UACR,while FCP and eGFR decreased gradually with statistical significance.2.Relevant analysis showed that Betatrophin,Scr,UA,BUN,Age,Duration,FPG,2hPBG,HbAlc,TG,LDL-c and UACR levels were significantly positively correlated,while eGFR,FCP and UACR levels were significantly negatively correlated,which was with significant differences.3.In T2DM group,Betatrophin was positively correlated with Duration,Age,TG,LDL-c,FPG,2hPBG,HbAlc,Scr,BUN and UA,negatively correlated with HDL-c and eGFR,and the relationship was more significant with the increase of UACR.Further regression analysis indicated that Duration,HbAlc and eGFR were independent factors affecting Betatrophin.4.Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that Betatrophin was an independent influencing factor of urinary protein level in DN patients.Conclusion:1.The level of Betatrophin in serum of patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus was significantly higher than that of normal people.At the same time,Betatrophin was correlated with many metabolic parameters(including FPG,TG,LDL-c,Scr,BUN,eGFR,UA,HbAlc,Duration).Further regression analysis showed that Betatrophin was negatively correlated with eGFR,and positively correlated with Duration and HbA1c.2.According to different groupings of UACR levels,serum Betatrophin levels gradually increased with the increase of UACR,and Betatrophin was more closely related to the above metabolic parameters.Through multivariate ordered logistic analysis,Betatrophin was found to be an independent factor affecting the changes of urinary protein levels.3.Betatrophin can be used as a predictor of diabetic nephropathy and has important value in clinical diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. |
