Objective:The purpose of research is to measure the serum level of Interleukin-32 and Thymic stromal lymphopoietin in peripheral blood of patients with atopic dermatitis before and after 8 weeks treatment and analyze the expression and significance of IL-32 and TSLP in atopic dermatitis.Furthermore,to find the possible correlation of IL-32 and TSLP with the the pathogenesis and disease severity of ADMethod:A total of 48 patients with atopic dermatitis and 30 healthy controls were randomly selected. The level of IL-32 and TSLP in peripheral blood of the experimental group before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment(Tacrolimus combined with compound glycyrrhizin)were detected by ELISA,and compared with the control group.SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis of the results, and the correlation between IL-32 and TSLP in peripheral blood levels before treatment and the severity of the disease was analyzedResults:1.The serum levels of IL-32 in patients with atopic dermatitis and normal controls were(75.65±12.47)and(37.22±6.71)pg/ml respectively. The former was higher than the latter, and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.65,P<0.01).Comparison before and after treatment:the expression level of serum IL-32 in peripheral blood before treatment was significantly higher than that after treatment(40.29±7.61)pg/ml,and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.77,P<0.001).The level of IL-32 in peripheral blood serum after treatment was higher than that in the normal group, and the difference was not statistically significant(t=1.81,P>0.05).2.The serum level of TSLP in patients with atopic dermatitis and normal controls were(99.77±11.95)and(30.71±7.90)pg/ml respectively. The former was higher than the latter, and the difference was statistically significant(t=28.01,P<0.01).Comparison before and after treatment:the expression level of serum TSLP in peripheral blood before treatment was significantly higher than that after treatment(51.27±10.12)pg/ml,and the difference was statistically significant(t=21.45,P<0.01).The level of TSLP in peripheral blood serum after treatment was higher than that in the normal group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.46,P<0.01)3.There was a positive correlation between the serum level of TSLP and SCORAD score in patients with atopic dermatitis before treatment(r=0.57,P<0.05).There was no linear correlation between the serum level of IL-32 and SCORAD score in patients with atopic dermatitis before treatment(r=0.29,P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the serum level of IL-32 and TSLP before treatment(r=0.52,P<0.01).SCORAD score before treatment was significantly higher than that after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.73,p<0.01)Conclusion:1.The serum level of IL-32 and TSLP are increased in peripheral blood of patients with atopic dermatitis and TSLP is positively correlated with the severity of the disease, which may play an important role in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis2.After treatment with tacrolimus and compound glycyrrhizin, the serum level of IL-32 and TSLP and SCORAD scores decreased significantly, indicating that they play an important role in the treatment of AD.3.The serum level of IL-32 and TSLP are increased in peripheral blood of patients with atopic dermatitis, and their levels are positively correlated, indicating that they may have a synergistic effect in the pathogenesis of AD.
