Study On Quality Evaluation Of Wild Polygonatum Cyrtonema Hua In Different Populations And Ages In Anhui Province

Polygonati Rhizoma is one of the “Top Ten Peony Drugs”.Due to the combination of medicinal,edible and ornamental,the market demand has increased rapidly in recent years.In recent years,the price of Polygonati Rhizoma has been continuously improved,and the application fields have been expanding.The area of?Polygonati Rhizoma planting in various places in Anhui Province has also been expanding.However,due to the poor adaptability of Polygonati Rhizoma and the strong habitat selectivity,the original plants of wild Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua are characterized by their growth structure.It is decided that the composition of its medicinal materials will vary according to the species and the habitats such as climate and light.The quality and clinical effects of different populations of of wild Polygonatum cyrtonema in Anhui Province are very different.Therefore,it is necessary to further evaluate the quality of wild populations of different populations and different ages in Anhui,so as to determine the best place of origin and harvesting time of the Polygonati Rhizoma,and provide a theoretical basis for the standardized cultivation of Anhui province.This paper classifies the6-year-old wild multi-flowers of 8 different populations in Anhui Province,and divides them into 48 batches according to different ages.The main results are as follows:In this paper,the q?alitative analysis of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua in different populations and different ages in Anhui Province was carried out,such as the identification of basic source,character,microscope and thin layer,the quantitative inspection of water,total ash,acid insoluble ash,extract,etc.,and the content of polysaccharide andsaponin.The identification results are in accordance with the provisions of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 Edition).By analyzing the above six indicators s?ch as moisture,ash and extractives through the grey correlation degree method,we can conclude that the quality of Polygonatum sibiricum of the same age and age in different populations is ranked as follows: Qimen County is the best,followed by Guichi District and Jiu Hua Mountain of Polygonati Rhizoma,Qingyang County,Shitai County,Yuexi County,Jinzhai County quality is worse,Nanling County's quality is the worst.This shows that the quality of Polygonati Rhizoma in Qimen County of different populations in Anhui Province is the best,its environment is suitable,and the content of active ingredients is the highest;Polygonati Rhizoma in Qingyang and Guichi districts and in Nanling County are the worst.It is recommended that when standardized planting of Polygonati Rhizoma,choose to plant in Qimen County.The quality of Polygonati Rhizoma in the same population at different ages is as follows: the quality of the third age is the best,followed by the second,first,4th,and fifth,and the sixth is the worst.It shows that the first and third years is the best period for Polygonatum growth and effective component accumulation in the planting process of Polygonati Rhizoma.Starting from the fourth year,the accumulation of water,polysaccharides,saponins and other substances gradually decreases.In order to reduce the loss of human and material resources and improve the quality of Polygonati Rhizoma,the best harvest is 3years after planting.
