Adolescent depression increases the risk of depression in adulthood.Therefore,it is very important to study the influencing factors and mechanism of adolescent depression.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between psychological abuse and neglect,alexithymia,adolescent friendship attachment and depression in high school students,and to verify the mediating effect of alexithymia and adolescent friendship attachment on depression in high school students.By the Child Psychological Abuse and Neglect Scale(CPANS),the Adolescent Friendship Attachment scale(AFAS),the Toronto alexithymia scale(TAS)and the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D),the questionnaire survey was conducted among 677 high school students from two public high schools in Wuhan.The results are as follows:(1)Depressed students accounted for 43.3%of high school students,and the overall incidence of psychological abuse and neglect was 43.9%.The scores of boys in psychological abuse and neglect and alexithymia were higher than that of girls,while the scores of girls in secure partner attachment were higher than that of boys.(2)The results have shown that psychological abuse and neglect,alexithymia and adolescent friendship attachment have predictive effects on depression in high school students,among which secure friendship attachment is a negative prediction and contradictory friendship attachment is a positive prediction.(3)Alexithymia partly mediates the effects of psychological abuse and neglect on depression in high school students.(4)Adolescent friendship attachment partly mediates the effects of psychological abuse and neglect on depression in high school students.(5)Alexithymia and adolescent friendship attachment play a chain mediating effect in psychological abuse and neglect on depression in high school students.
