Research background and purposeThe incidence rate incidence rate of cervical cancer is the fourth place in the world. It is also the second malignant tumor in the female reproductive system. The number of new cases is about 520 thousand worldwide, and the number of deaths is about 260 thousand. The incidence rate of cervical cancer is higher in developing countries.China is the common cause of cancer death in China's developing countries[1].It will take about ten years from HPV infection to cervical intraepithelial neoplasia to develop into cervical cancer.HPV infection, host immunity, sexual factors and so on may play a role in the progress of the disease.CIN is a continuous process, with the possibility and value of intervention. Therefore,it is necessary to deeply understand the characteristics of its progress, optimize the diagnosis method, and intervene as soon as possible to optimize C The treatment of in and cervical cancer, reduce the burden of medical treatment and improve the health level of the people,is of great significance. We explore the development of cervical lesions from clinical and experimental perspectives,in order to provide reference for the prevention of cervical lesions.research methodFrom January 2018 to January 2019,patients diagnosed as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia or cervical cancer in southern Hospital of southern Medical University were selected as the study objects.Through retrospective study of the above patients infected with HPV subtypes and infection mode and other epidemiological treatment, the role of HPV in cervical lesions at different stages was understood. In addition,72 cases of cervical pathological sections were selected for immunohistochemical staining of PLOD2.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the above immunohistochemical results,we can understand the staining of PLOD2 in different levels of cervical lesions, and make a preliminary study for early prediction and diagnosis of cervical lesions.Research findings1.The infection rate of HPV in Baiyun District of Guangzhou is 13.95%.The most common type of HPV is HPV16,followed by HPV52 and HPV58,which are slightly different from other reports in China, but roughly consistent with those in Guangzhou.2.The distribution of HPV in different grades of cervical lesions is different. The types of HPV in different grades of cervical lesions are all within the coverage of 9-valent HPV vaccine, and 9-valent HPV vaccine has good adaptability in this region.3.Multiple infection does not increase the risk of progression from low-level CIN to high-level CIN or cervical cancer.4.The expression of PLOD2 in CIN3 and cervical cancer increased significantly. The high expression of PLOD2 may be related to the progression of cervical lesions. The high expression of PLOD2 may be related to the poor prognosis of cervical cancer.PLOD2 may be a predictor of the poor prognosis of cervical cancer.ConclusionThe progress of cervical lesions is related to HPV infection. With the increase of HPV infection rate, the level of cervical lesions increases.Multiple infections have no promoting effect on the development of cervical lesions. The most important HPV infection in Guangzhou is HPV 16,followed by HPV52 and HPV58.The 9-valent HPV vaccine can cover the current high-risk HPV types in Guangzhou and has good adaptability in this region.PLOD2 is related to the development of cervical lesions,The expression of PLOD2 in high-level CIN and cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal and low-level CIN tissues.PLOD2 may be used as an indicator to predict the progression of cervical lesions.
