There are more and more cases of mercury poisoning due to the more widespread use of mercury in industrial production and daily life.Mercury accumulates in the nervous system,leading to a decline in patients' ability to learn and remember.In the recent years,there are a lot of analysis about patients with mercury poisoning that time domain statistics and subjective analysis of cerebral cortical potential.The analysis is short of objective statistical analysis of the time domain features and frequency domain features about signal by deep nuclei of patients.The building of the model of rats with chronic mercury poisoning and improvement of the method that collection SEEG of rat lays a foundation for the characteristic of SEEG of rats with chronic mercury poisoning and the discussion of mechanism of central nervous system damaged by mercury.Main contents are summarized as follows:First of all,the building of the model of rats with chronic mercury poisoning and improvement of the method that collection SEEG of rat is a foundation.Rats were divided into control group,low-dose group,middle-dose group and high-dose group.The rats of control group were not poisoned.Another rats were poisoned by a standards,which were 33.5 ?g/kg,67?g/kg,and 134 ?g/kg.Develop a standard experimental procedure.Make an improvement of rat brain stereotaxic instrument for collection of SEEG of hippocampus and basal ganglia of rat.Then,the SEEG of every rat in each group was analyzed.Characteristic of SEEG of hippocampus and basal ganglia were calculated from time domain and frequency domain by MATLAB.In the time domain,relative amplitude was calculated and counted from signal graph.In the frequency domain,power spectrum of signal graph and ratio of relative power value of each frequency band was calculated.Characteristic of SEEG was obtained by time domain and frequency domain.Again,content of neurotransmitters was extracted and analyzed.The content of glutamate and the power of glutamine synthetase was extracted from hippocampus and basal ganglia.The influence to glutamate that mercury of different does was summarized by the analysis of damage about glutamate-glutamine circulation pathway from mercury.Finally,the characteristic of SEEG and the content of neurotransmitters was analyzed together.Joint analysis between the characteristic of SEEG and the content of glutamate and the power of glutamine synthetase was the foundation that summarize a contact between SEEG and damage of central nervous system for a discussion about the mechanism.
