Objectives:Analysis of the expression of B7-H6 in breast cancer and benign breast tumors,as well as the difference in expression in breast cancer patients,to further prove the relationship between the clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer and the expression level of B7-H6 molecule,To study the relationship between B7-H6 molecule and the survival prognosis of patients, and to provide a reference for breast cancer treatment and condition assessment. Methods:From January 2014 to June 2016,130 cases of breast cancer tissue specimens(paraffin section)that were surgically and pathologically confirmed in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 100 cases of breast benign tumor tissue specimens(paraffin section)were used as the control group.Immunhistochemistry(IHC)was used to detect the protein expression of B7-H6 in the two groups, and to analyze the differences in the expression of B7-H6 in breast cancer patients in the observation group, and to further prove that the disease of breast cancer was expressed in B7-H6 molecules The relationship between the clinical pathological characteristics of patients and the quality of survival prognosis. Results:According to IHC analysis, the positive expression rate of B7-H6 in breast cancer patients is 72.4%(94/130)mainly in the membrane and cytoplasm of breast cancer tumor cells.Statistical analysis shows that B7-H6 in breast cancer patients The molecular expression level had a positive correlation with the histological grade, which met the statistical standard(Z = 7.692,P = 0.039).The expression level of B7-H6 was positively correlated with the expression status of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)(?~2 =4.401,P = 0.036),and negatively correlated with the expression of progesterone receptor(PR)molecules(?~2 = 6.906,P = 0.009),the expression of B7-H6 molecular level in breast cancer patients with axillary lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that of breast cancer patients without axillary lymph node metastasis, which met the statistical criteria(?2= 10.131,P = 0.010).However,B7-H6 expression level had no obvious relationship with other clinicopathological features.According to the results of survival analysis, the subgroup with lower expression of B7-H6 molecules had a longer Disease-free survival than the subgroup with higher molecular expression(?~2= 4.302,P = 0.0381).Conclusions: B7-H6 protein molecules are highly expressed in breast cancer patients.Breast cancer patients with high expression of B7-H6 have a greater risk of metastasis and a worse prognosis than those with low expression. It is suggested that B7-H6 may be of great significance for the immunotherapy and prognosis evaluation of breast cancer patients.
