With the improvement of people's living standard,public's health awareness has increased gradually.Health refers not only to no disease or no weakness,but to be in good state in physical,mental and social functions.Pursuing health is what people always do.People try to improve bad health behaviors and develop healthy behavior habits,but they always fail due to various subjective factors or objective factors.In recent years,with the popular of gamification that gamification design methods have been applied in the non-gamification field.There are many wonderful cases in gamification.Gamification is worthy and potential.The subject combines gamification with healthy behavior to help people to form healthy behavior habit and increase user retention and activity in internet product of health behavior-forming,Which is different from traditional healthy education and intervention.Gamification has an unique advantage in trigger users' subjective initiative,enhancing interest and interactivity.Gamification has a great prospect in the health field.First of all,the research studies on related theories of gamification design,health behavior and behavior motivation to demonstrate the feasibility of applying gamification into health field.According to the theories of health behavior,the process of healthy behavior-forming is divided into five stages:precontemplation,contemplation,preparation,action and maintenance.Then the paper analyzes related cases and summarizes the motivation and factors in the five stages through user interviews.The research will refer gamification design theory and adhere to the principles of highlighting core driving forces and enhancing healthy behavior stickiness,then proposes gamification design strategies for different stages of healthy behavior-forming.Finally the research will apply the design strategies into design work,that's an mobile application for health behavior-forming.The research of the subject can provide new ideas for Gamification in health field.
