Study On The Correlation Between OCSP Typing,ECG And Myocardial Zymogram In Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective: The purpose of this study is to count a certain number of patients,to study the relationship between acute cerebral infarction and its ECG changes and cardiac muscle enzyme spectrum based on OCSP classification in the case of acute attack,and to study the change rule of NIHSS score in and out of hospital,so as to provide a reference for the early clinical diagnosis and later rehabilitation of cerebral infarction For new ideas.Methods: 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from December 2018 to December 2019 were collected continuously.The following data were improved on the first day of admission: NIHSS score,OCSP type,routine 12 lead ECG test,blood samples were collected at 5:00 a.m.the next day and sent to the laboratory for myocardial enzyme spectrum test.Results:(1)The accuracy of OCSP typing was 75.8%,TACI was 66.7%,Paci was83.3%,POCI was 73.3%,and lac I was 80.0%.(2)The total abnormal rate of ECG was58.3%.The highest abnormal rate was 76.7% in Paci group,followed by TACI group,POCI group and lac I group.(3)The total abnormal rate of myocardial zymogram was33.3%.The highest abnormal rate was 40% in TACI group,followed by POCI group,Paci group and lac I group.(4)The highest NIHSS score of TACI patients was(7.31 ±3.40),followed by Paci group,POCI group and lac I group.Conclusion:(1)The consistency between OCSP typing and imaging is very good;(2)in the Paci group,ECG and myocardial enzyme spectrum are most likely to be abnormal;(3)for patients with cerebral infarction,the combination of OCSP typing and NIHSS scoring can make a more accurate and meaningful evaluation of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and has a certain auxiliary effect on the treatment of early stroke.
