Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum adipofactor levels of Chemerin and Ctrp3 in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and clinical phenotype and coronary vascular disease in ACS patients.Methods:1.A total of 181 ACS patients with positive coronary angiography results(including 128 cases of unstable angina pectoris(UA)and 53 cases of acute myocardial infarction(AMI))were selected to count the number of vascular lesions.55 cases of normal patients with negative coronary angiography were enrolled.General clinical data and biochemical indicators were collected.2.Serum levels of Chemerin and Ctrp3 in the patients were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa).3.Make clear the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome according to the clinical symptoms and the results of coronary angiography(50% stenosis of at least one vessel in the anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery, the cyclotron branch and the right coronary artery,or 30% stenosis of the left main coronary artery); The number of vascular lesions was counted according to the angiographic results.Results:1.Compared with the control group, the levels of Chemerin in the unstable angina pectoris group and the acute myocardial infarction group were significantly increased(p< 0.05).Compared with the group of unstable angina pectoris, the level of Chemerin in the group of acute myocardial infarction was significantly increased(p < 0.05).2.Compared with the control group, the levels of serum Ctrp3 in the unstableangina pectoris group and the acute myocardial infarction group were significantly lower(p < 0.05).3.Compared with single-vessel disease, the serum Chemerin level in the double-vessel disease group and the three-vessel disease group was increased(p < 0.05),and the serum Chemerin level in the three-vessel disease group was higher than that in the double-vessel disease group(p < 0.05).The level of serum Ctrp3 in the three-vessel lesion group was lower than that in the single-vessel and double-vessel lesion groups(p< 0.05).4.Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that increased serum Chemerin level and decreased serum Ctrp3 level were risk factors for acute coronary syndrome.According to ROC curve analysis,in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome, the area under the ROC curve of Chemerin was 0.702,the sensitivity was 64.09%,and the specificity was 67.27%.The area under the ROC curve of Ctrp3 was 0.662,the sensitivity was 52.49%,and the specificity was 78.18%.In the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, the area under the ROC curve of Chemerin was 0.689,the sensitivity was 45.36%,and the specificity was 79.25%.The area under the ROC curve of Ctrp3 was 0.621,the sensitivity was 58.47%,and the specificity was 62.26%.The area under the ROC curve of the combined diagnosis ACE was 0.747,and the area under the ROC curve of the combined diagnosis AMI was 0.640.Conclusion:1.Serum levels of Chemerin and Ctrp3 were correlated with acute coronary syndrome.Serum Chemerin levels in the unstable angina pectoris group and the acute myocardial infarction group were higher than those in the control group(p < 0.05),while those in the acute myocardial infarction group were higher than those in the unstable angina pectoris group(p < 0.05).The level of serum Ctrp3 in the unstable angina pectoris group and the acute myocardial infarction group was lower than that in the control group(p < 0.05).2.Serum levels of Chemerin and Ctrp3 were correlated with the number of coronary artery lesions.Compared with the single-vessel lesion group, the serum Chemerin level in the double-vessel lesion group and the three-vessel lesion group wasincreased(p < 0.05),while the serum Chemerin level in the three-vessel lesion group was increased compared with that in the double-vessel lesion group(p < 0.05).The level of serum Ctrp3 in the three-vessel lesion group was lower than that in the single-vessel and double-vessel lesion groups(p < 0.05).3.Elevated serum Chemerin level and decreased Ctrp3 level are risk factors for acute coronary syndrome, which is of certain value for the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome and acute myocardial infarction.
