Objective:To explore the correlation between human papilloma virus(HPV)infection and vaginal microenvironment. Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,data of 600 patients who were treated in the Gynecology Development of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for the Nationalities. They voluntarily performed HPV and vaginal secretion tests at the same time, and were divided into the high risk group, low risk group, high risk HPV+low risk HPV group(mixed group),and HPV negative group according to the type of HPV infection. The differences of the vaginal microenvironment of four groups of patients[vaginal PH value, lactobacillus, bacterial vaginosis(BV),vulvovaginal vandidiasis(VVC),trichomonal vaginitis(TV)]were compared. Results:?The comparison of the amount of lactobacillus among the groups:in the high risk group, abnormal amount of lactobacillus:[40 cases(29.4%)],normal:[51 cases(11.0%)];In the low risk group, abnormal amount of lactobacillus:[15 cases(11.0%)],normal:[28 cases(6.0%)];In the mixed group, abnormal amount of lactobacillus:[19 cases(14.0%)],normal:[19 cases(4.1%)];In the HPV negative group, abnormal amount of lactobacillus:[62 cases(45.6%)],normal:[366 cases(78.9%)];For the comparison of the amount of lactobacillus in the high risk group, low risk group and mixed group and the HPV negative group respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),but there was no significant difference in the amount of lactobacillus among the HPV infection groups.?The comparison of PH value among the groups:in the high risk group,PH>4.6:[13 cases(22.8%)],PH value ?4.6:[78 cases(14.4%)];In the low risk group,PH>4.6:[5 cases(8.8%)],PH value?4.6:[38 cases(7%)];In the mixed group,PH>4.6:[9 cases(15.8%)],PH value ?4.6:[29.cases(5.3%)];In the HPV negative group,PH>4.6:[30 cases(52.6%)],PH value ?4.6:[398 cases(73.3%)].For the comparison of PH>4.6 in the high risk group, low risk group and mixed group and the HPV negative group respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).However,there was no significant difference in the abnormal PH value among the HPV infection groups.? The comparison of BV results among the groups:in the high risk group,BV positive:[20 cases(23.3%)],BV negative:[71 cases(13.8%)];In the low risk group,BV positive:[11 cases(12.8%)],BV negative:[32 cases(6.2%)];In the mixed group,BV positive:[11 cases(12.8%)],BV negative:[27 cases(5.3%)];In the HPV negative group,BV positive:[44 cases(51.2%)],BV negative:[384 cases(74.70%)],For the comparison of BV positive in the high risk group, low risk group and mixed group and the HPV negative group respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).However,there was no significant difference in BV positive among the HPV infection groups.? The comparison of TV results among the groups:in the high risk group,TV positive:[18 cases(23.70%)],TV negative:[73 cases(13.9%)];In the low risk group,TV positive:[7 cases(9.2%)],TV negative[36 cases(6.9%)];In the mixed group,TV positive:[9 cases(11.8%)],TV negative:[29 cases(5.5%)];In the HPV negative group,TV positive:[42 cases(55.30%)],TV negative[386 cases(73.7%)].For the comparison of TV positive in the high risk group, low risk group and mixed group and the HPV negative group respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).However,there was no significant difference in TV positive among the HPV infection groups.? The comparison of VVC results among the groups:in the high risk group,VVC positive:[14 cases(20.0%)],VVC negative:[77 cases(14.5%)];In the low risk group,VVC positive:[6 cases(8.6%)],VVC negative:[37 cases(7.0%)];In the mixed group,VVC positive:[5 cases(7.1%)],VVC negative:[33 cases(6.2%)];In the HPV negative group,VVC positive:[45 cases(64.3%)],VVC negative:[383 cases(72.3%)].For the comparison 'of VVC positive in the high risk group, low risk group and mixed group and the HPV negative group respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P=0.482),and there was no significant difference in VVC positive among the HPV infection groups.Conclusion:1.The change in vaginal microenvironment is one of the causes of HPV susceptibility.2.Disorders of vaginal microenvironment, the reduction of the amount of lactobacillus,PH value>4.6,positive BV and TV can increase the infection rate of HPV.It is not related to the type of HPV infection.3.There is no the correlation between HPV infection and VVC.VVC does not increase HPV infection.
