Objective:To explore the effect of mixed reality(MR)in partial nephrectomyMethods:104 patients with partial nephrectomy from September 2017 to September 2019 in Liaoning Cancer Hospital were selected as the study object. Before the operation,ECG,pulmonary function examination, color Doppler ultrasound,CTA(computed tomography, spiral CT artery imaging)and MRI(magnetic resonance imaging)were performed. No or NX of regional lymph nodes,no adrenal metastasis or distant metastasis were found.Tumor thrombi in renal vein and inferior vena cava were excluded.According to the inclusion criteria, all patients did not have distant metastasis,no heart, lung and other important organ diseases.Among them, the observation group applied the medical image cloud algorithm platform and the three-dimensional medical image data processing platform 3-matic 17(material company,Belgium)and mimics 17(material company,Belgium)to process the CTA data, transformed the data into STL(Standard Template Library)format, and finally imported the STL file into the star hologram system(Beijing dimension)Zhuoyuan Medical Technology Co.,Ltd.(China)obtained 3D mixed reality image. The remaining 52 cases,i.e.the control group, only used CTA data for surgical planning.Statistical analysis of the two groups of patients, compared the two groups of operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, bowel sound recovery time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative perirenal hematoma, urinary impotence and other postoperative complications, pain. Results:All the operations were completed successfully, there was no conversion to open cases,no death cases.According to the statistics of preoperative data of patients in the observation group and the control group, there was no significant difference in age, gender, tumor location and size, and preoperative tumor stage(P>0.05),indicating that the patients in the two groups had good balance and comparability. The operation time of the observation group and the control group was(132.75±13.34)min and(155.21± 9.66)min respectively, the intraoperative bleeding volume was(102.45±10.11)ml and(257.79±20.92)ml respectively, the recovery time of bowel sounds after operation was(3.12±1.03)D and(5.23±1.95)d respectively, the hospitalization time was(7.82±1.97)D and(13.13±3.79)d respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)05).Before the operation, the VAS scores of the observation group and the control group were(7.43±1.13)and(7.51±1.15)respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups(t=0.358,P=0.361);after the operation, the VAS scores of the observation group were(4.32±1.03),lower than that of the control group(5.96±1.41).There was significant difference between the two groups(t=6.773,P=0.000).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group and the control group were as follows(n,%),2(3.85)vs 3(5.77)for perirenal hematoma,1(1.92)vs 4(7.69)for urinary flaccidity,0(0.00)vs 3(5.77)for secondary hemorrhage, respectively, but there was no significant difference in the blood transfusion rate, pathological type, pathological stage and pathological grade, lymph node invasion and positive rate of tissue cutting edge between the two groups Difference(P>0.05).All patients in the observation group and the control group were followed up for 6-10 months, and no tumor recurrence or metastasis was found. Conclusion:The application of hybrid reality technology in laparoscopic partial nephrectomy can shorten the operation time, hospitalization time, reduce the amount of bleeding, relieve postoperative pain and reduce complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
