Objective To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic partial ne phrectomy(LPN)and open partial nephrectomy (OPN). Methods We retrospectively analysed therecords of87patients who underwent partial nephrectomy in our hospital from August2008to December2011, identifying42who had LPN and45who had OPN. Males52,females35,age25~78Y,mean52.0Y,all of them was diagnosised by color dopplerultrasound,CT or MRI scanning.Variable analysis included operative time, bloodloss, length of stay in hospital, ischemia time, positive margin rate, complications, renalfunction, operation effect. Results Between two groups thear was no statistical differencein sex, age[(53.93±11.30)and(50.82±11.91)Y], tumorsize[(3.07±1.30)and(3.31±1.15)cm], pathological types, tumor’s position. So we judge that thear is comparison betweentwo groups. Thear was no statistical difference in mean estimated blood loss, meanischemia time, length of hospital stay, complications and positive margin rate in bothgroups(P>0.05). LPN’s mean operative duration times wos longger than OPN. Duringthe follow up period range from6.9~40.9months,mean17.4months, none had localrecurrence or metastasis. Conclusions laparoscopic partial nephrectomy has a clear visualfield, except it has small incision and long operation time, the blood loss, hospitalstay, ischemia time, and operation effects of the two methods are similar.so LPN is worthyof promotion for qualified hospital. |
