| ObjectiveTo understand the current status of psychological state and quality of life of intestinal tumor under chemotherapy patients.To explore the effect of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and the intervention effect on psychological state and quality of life.In order to provide guidance for clinical nursing.MethodsThe first part Phenomenological research methods was used to explore the state of mind and quality of life in patients with the intestinal tumor under chemotherapy.According to the purpose sampling,18 patients with intestinal tumor under chemotherapy were selected for semi-structured interview,and the records were analyzed according to Colaizzi procedure.The second part 27 patients with intestinal tumor under chemotherapy received 8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction(MBSR)intervention,including body scanning,mindfulness stretching,mindfulness breathing,mindfulness training.Visual Analogue Scale Score(VAS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Gernal part(FACT-G)were used to measure pain,sleep quality,anxiety,depression and quality of life before and after intervention.SPSS 17.0 software was used to analyze the data before and after intervention.Results(1)Patients with intestinal tumor under chemotherapy generally have heavy psychological burden.The main extracted themes including heavy psychological burden,loss of social function,reduce the quality of life,positive psychology to reshape themselves,fear of disease.(2)After the intervention,VAS score、PSQI score、FACT-G、SAS and SDS score were improved with significant statistical significance(P<0.05).In the 7 dimensions of sleep quality,there was no significant difference in the improvement of sleep disorders compared with which before the intervention(P>0.05),which may be related to the psychological factors,disease factors,family environment,social economy and other factors of the study subjects.ConclusionMindfulness-based Stress Reduction can reduce the pain level of intestinal tumor under chemotherapy patients,improve the quality of sleep,relieve psychological anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life of patients. |
