ObjectiveAt present, the prevalence of coronary heart disease in our country is still very high, which causes a heavy social and economic burden, and cardiovascular disease is a common cause of death for patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between Aspartate aminotransferase(AST)/alanine aminotransferase(ALT)ratio and Coronary artery Lesion in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).To verify its correlation with the Coronary artery Lesion, and provide a new idea for cardiovascular risk assessment in this population in the future.Methods161 patients who underwent coronary angiography(CAG)and were diagnosed as NAFLD in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the Qingdao Municipal Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were collected.According to the results of Coronary angiography results, divided into 51 patients without CHD group and 107 patients were coronary heart disease(CHD)group.According to the history of diabetes,51 patients without CHD divided into 20 patients with T2 DM,31 patients with in nondiabetic group.107 patients with coronary heart disease divided into 52 patients with T2 DM,55 patients in non-diabetic group.according to the results of coronary angiography, calculate the severity score of coronary artery disease in patients with CHD,that is the coronary Gensini score.Collect the patients' sex, age, smoking history, hypertension history, and diabetes history, and the patient's blood routine, blood lipids, fasting plasma glucose(FPG),liver function and other test data.Aspartate aminotransferase(AST)/alanine aminotransferase(ALT)were calculated,Speaman correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between AST/ALT ratio and coronary Gensini score in CHD group,non-CHD group,CHD with T2 DM group, and CHD without T2 DM group.Results1.General information comparison between CHD group and non-CHD group:There was no significant difference between the two groups in age, gender composition, number of smokers, and number of hypertension.CHD group had higher white blood cell count, neutrophil count, and fasting blood glucose value, alanine aminotransferase and coronary Gensini score.2.The correlation between AST / ALT ratio and coronary Gensini score in patients without CHDIn non-CHD group,no correlation was found between the AST / ALT ratio and the Gensini score.(P> 0.05).3 The correlation between AST / ALT ratio and coronary Gensini score in patients with CHDIn patients with CHD,the Gensini score was positively correlated with the AST / ALT ratio(r = 0.338,P = 0.001).4 General information comparison between the T2 DM combined CHD group and the non-T2 DM combined CHD group:There was no significant difference between the two groups in age, gender composition, number of smokers, and number of hypertension.T2 DM group had higher white blood cell count, neutrophil count, and fasting blood glucose value, and T2 DM group had lower low density lipoprotein value.5 The correlation between AST / ALT ratio and coronary Gensini score in CHD group with NAFLD and T2 DM.In CHD patients with NAFLD and T2 DM,Gensini score was positively correlated with AST / ALT ratio(r = 0.502,P = 0.001).6 The correlation between AST / ALT ratio and coronary Gensini score in patients with NAFLD and CHD without T2DMIn patients with NAFLD and CHD without T2 DM,no correlation was found between the AST / ALT ratio and the Gensini score.(P> 0.05).Conclusions: 1.In non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and non-coronary heart disease, there is no significant correlation between the AST/ALT ratio and the severity of coronary artery disease.2.In coronary heart disease with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and type 2 diabetes,as the AST / ALT ratio increases, the severity of coronary artery disease increases.3.In patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and coronary heart disease without type 2 diabetes, the AST / ALT ratio has no significant correlation with the severity of coronary artery disease.
