Research On The Effectiveness Of Internal Control Of Medical Equipment In The First Affiliated Hospital Of Nanhua University

Medical equipment is the product and symbol of the high development of modern medicine.It is the basic element for carrying out teaching and research work in hospitals.Medical equipment not only provides basic guarantee for people's health and quality of life,but also directly reflects the professional strength,comprehensive scale and medical level of the hospital.The development of clinical medicine depends to a large extent on the advancement of medical equipment.Therefore,strengthening the internal control of medical equipment is of great significance.However,unfortunately,from the perspective of existing research,the research on internal control of medical equipment in China is still limited to the research on the institutional framework,and rarely mentions the evaluation of effectiveness.Based on this,this article The evaluation of the effectiveness of the internal control of medical equipment in a hospital(hereinafter referred to as the attached hospital)not only standardized the effectiveness evaluation system of internalcontrol of public hospitals,but also provided a basis for practice and demonstration for other hospital research.This article takes the effectiveness of internal control of medical equipment in the First Hospital as the research object.The main research contents are as follows:(1)First,the research background and significance of this topic are introduced.(2)Secondly,the relevant theories of internal control and the effectiveness of internal control at home and abroad are summarized and explained.(3)Evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control of medical equipment in the First Affiliated Hospital by combining the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.By analyzing the score of each indicator and the current status of internal control of the medical equipment,determine the investment budget and acquisition of the First Affiliated Hospital.Problems with inspection and acceptance,daily management,inventory,and disposal.(4)Finally,in view of the problems existing in the internal control of the medical equipment of the First Affiliated Hospital,the system and process are optimized separately.Based on the above studies,this article draws the following conclusions:(1)This paper quantitatively analyzes the effectiveness of the internal control of the medical equipment of the First Affiliated Hospital.The numerical expression can reflect the final results very intuitively.Similar hospitals have certain reference value.(2)Based onthe analysis of the effectiveness of the internal control of medical equipment in the First Affiliated Hospital,it is found that there are indeed many problems in the internal control of medical equipment.This article optimizes the internal control system and procedures of the medical equipment in the First Affiliated Hospital.It provides a strong guarantee for the persistent development of the First Affiliated Hospital.
