Case Study On Internal Control Of Medical Equipment In Public Hospitals

Medical equipment is the product and symbol of the high development of modern medicine,is the basic element of medical teaching and research in hospitals,and is an indispensable basic condition to improve the level of medical science and technology.Medical equipment not only provides basic guarantee for people's health and quality of life,but also directly reflects the professional strength,comprehensive scale and medical level of the hospital.The development of clinical medicine largely depends on the progress of medical equipment,so the management of medical equipment has become an increasingly important part of hospital management.The new hospital financial system,which was implemented on January 1,2012,combines the content of enterprise accounting system and has its own characteristics.In terms of fixed assets,the new hospital financial system can more accurately reflect the real value and operation status of fixed assets and realize asset preservation.In order to promote the close combination of the two,the internal control system must be improved to better adapt to the background of medical reform.On the basis of summarizing the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper studies the internal control of medical equipment in public hospitals by using internal control principle,normative analysis and case analysis.The research content includes three parts: the first part is the theoretical analysis,that is,the theoretical analysis of the basic problems of internal control of medical equipment in public hospitals,such as the objectives,principles,procedures and methods;The second part is case analysis,that is,case analysis of internal control of medical equipment in public hospitals;The third part is the countermeasures and Suggestions,that is,on the basis of theoretical analysis and case analysis,put forward countermeasures and Suggestions for the internal control of medical equipment in public hospitals.Through research,this paper draws the following conclusions: improving the overall level of internal control of medical equipment in public hospitals cannot be achieved without improving the organizational structure,personnel's awareness of internal control,risk management mechanism and internal control supervision.Improving the process of internal control of medical equipment in public hospitals plays a key role in achieving the goal of internal control of medical equipment.Improving the system construction of internal control of medical equipment in public hospitals is the guarantee for the effective implementation of internal control of medical equipment.
