Object To observe the clinical effect of different voltage pulse radiofrequency(PRF)in the treatment of acute zoster-related pain.Method 80 patients with acute zoster-related pain admitted to the Department of Pain, the Second Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from November 2018 to December 2019 were collected, and patients were randomly divided into four groups,A,B,C and D,each group had 20 patients.Group A was treated with conventional medicine, group B was treated with 45 V PRF and conventional medicine, group C was treated with 55 V PRF and conventional medicine, and group D was treated with 65 V PRF and conventional medicine.Numerical pain score(NRS)and sleep quality scale(SQS)were evaluated at admission,pre-operation,1 day after operation,1 week after operation,4 weeks after operation,8 weeks after operation and 12 weeks after operation.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were evaluated at admission,1 week after operation,4 weeks after operation,8 weeks after operation and 12 weeks after operation. At the same time, the adverse drug reactions and theincidence of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)were observed. Results 1.There was no significant difference in sex ratio, age, course of disease, pain location between the four groups of patients, and no significant difference in NRS score,SQS score,SAS score at admission and before operation(P>0.05).2.After treatment, the NRS scores,SQS scores and SAS scores of the four groups were lower than those at admission.Compared with group A,the NRS scores,SQS scores and SAS scores in groups B,C,and D decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Compared with group B and group C,the NRS,SQS and SAS scores of group D were significantly reduced(P< 0.05).3.Compared with group A,the incidence of adverse reactions in group B,C and D were lower(P< 0.05).4.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of PHN between the four groups. Conclusion 65 voltage pulse radiofrequency combined with conventional medicine is better than 45 and 55 voltage in the treatment of acute zoster-related pain, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
