Objective To analyze the recurrence of tumor, the necessity of repeat transurethral resection and the interval timing of repeat transurethral resection by collecting the basic information, medical history, surgical records, oncology morphology, staging, pathological results, perfusion chemotherapy, postoperative follow-up data of patients with bladder tumor resection. Methods 77 patients with T1 stage of non muscle-invasive bladder cancer undergoing transurethral resection of bladder tumor were selected from January 2016 to December 2018 in Chenzhou First People's Hospital. In the control group,53 patients had only one transurethral resection, while 24 patients in the observation group had repeat transurethral resection.Statistical analysis of tumor recurrence and progression in two groups, and comparing the two groups,The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed.Result 1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in baseline data such as sex, age, blood pressure, heart rate, bodytemperature, respiration, tumor diameter, number of tumors etc.The difference was not significant(P>0.05).2.The comparison of clinical treatment indexes between the two groups, the clinical treatment indexes such as operation time, bleeding volume and hospitalization time in the observation group were not significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).3.The incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups, the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(8.34%)was not significant compared with the control group(10.63%)(P>0.05).4.Comparison of postoperative recurrence and progression between the two groups, the difference between the 1 year recurrence rate control group(30.18%)and the observation group(8.33%)was significant(P<0.05).the difference between the 2 year recurrence rate control group(39.60%)and the observation group(16.67%)was statistically significant and comparable(P<0.05).Compared with the observation group(4.17%),the progression rate of the control group(26.41%)was significantly different(P<0.05).5.The comparison of postoperative outcomes between the two groups, the survival rate without tumor in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, radical cystectomy and partial cystectomy were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups(P<0.05)was statistically significant and comparable.6.The pathological results of 24 repeat transurethral resection in the observation group indicated that 5 cases(20.83%)of residual tumor were found at the site of primary resection.7.Control group did not perform repeat transurethral resection for a variety of reasons, mainly because the patient's willingness is not strong. Conclusion: 1.Application of repeat transurethral resection of bladder tumor in patients with T1 stage bladder tumor can reduce the recurrence rate and delay the progression rate, and improve the survival rate without tumor.2.There are many influencing factors of repeat transurethral resection in municipal hospitals, which need further study and strengthendoctor-patient communication.
