Objective: microRNA-155 is closely related to the occurrence of coronary heart disease. At present, the detection and Research on the expression level of microRNA-155 in the plasma of coronary heart disease patients at home and abroad are very limited, and some of the detection and research results show that the expression level is opposite. The purpose of this study is to compare the expression level of microRNA-155 in the plasma of patients with coronary heart disease, healthy people and patients with different types of coronary heart disease, and to explore the clinical significance of different expression levels of microRNA-155 in the plasma for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 110 patients who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University and received coronary angiography from June 2019 to November 2019 were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group according to the examination results. The experimental group was 87 patients with coronary heart disease, which were divided into stable angina group(33 cases),unstable angina group(29 cases)and acute myocardial infarction group(25cases),and the control group was 23 cases with negative coronary angiography.Collect general information of selected candidates after admission, including: age, gender,BMI,drinking alcohol, smoking, diabetes, hypertension, and collect venous blood samples for examination, including microRNA-155,triglycerides,cholesterol,low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein,CRP,ESR.The data of each group was analyzed by SPSS25.0.Results:1.There were significant differences in microRNA-155 and LDL between the control group and the coronary heart disease group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant, but there was no significant difference in other data(P > 0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.2.There were no significant differences between the control group and the different subgroups of coronary heart disease in terms of gender, drinking, smoking, diabetes, hypertension, age, and BMI(P > 0.05).The differences were not statistically significant.3.There were significant differences(P < 0.05)in microRNA-155,LDL,CRP and ESR between the control group and different subgroups of coronary heart disease. There was no significant difference in triglyceride, cholesterol and HDL between the control group and different subgroups of coronary heart disease(P > 0.05).In the same index comparison, there were significantdifferences(P < 0.05)in microRNA-155,LDL,CRP and ESR between acute myocardial infarction group and control group, stable angina group and unstable angina group. There was significant difference in LDL between the unstable angina group and the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in microRNA-155,CRP and ESR between the unstable angina group and the control group(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in microRNA-155,LDL,CRP and ESR between stable angina group and control group and unstable angina group(P > 0.05).4.Age was negatively correlated with LDL and positively correlated with HDL.Age was not significantly correlated with BMI,triglyceride, cholesterol,CRP,ESR and microRNA-155(P > 0.05).BMI had no significant correlation with triglyceride, cholesterol,LDL,HDL,CRP,ESR and microRNA-155(P > 0.05).There was no significant correlation between triglyceride and LDL,HDL,CRP,ESR,microRNA-155(P > 0.05).There was no significant correlation between cholesterol and HDL,CRP,microRNA-155(P > 0.05).There was a negative correlation between LDL and HDL,a positive correlation between LDL and microRNA-155,and no significant correlation between LDL and CRP,ESR(P > 0.05).There was no significant correlation between HDL and CRP,ESR,microRNA-155(P > 0.05).There was no significant correlation between CRP and microRNA-155(P > 0.05).There was no significant correlation between ESR and microRNA-155(P >0.05).5.The significant variables of single factor analysis were taken into multiple logistic analysis, and the influencing factors were analyzed. It was found that LDL was the risk factor of unstable angina group compared with the control group(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,microRNA-155,LDL,CRP and ESR were the risk factors of AMI group(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression level of plasma microRNA-155 is increased in patients with coronary heart disease, and there are differences in the expression levels of patients with different types of coronary heart disease.Patients with acute myocardial infarction are higher, which has certain reference value for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
