Study On T And Mechanism Of Ginsenoside In The Treatment Of Advanced Primary Liver Cancer Based On Network Pharmacology

Objective: To study the potential target and mechanism of Ginsenoside in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer by network pharmacology.Methods:TCSMP,Drugbank,Batman-tcm database,platform and pharmapper server were used to retrieve and collect the chemical components and potential targets of ginseng Chinese medicine,and the related targets of primary liver cancer were obtained through CTD and database,then the shared genes of ginseng active components and primary liver cancer were screened.The network diagram of "composition target,target path" is constructed by using the software of Cytoscape.Gene enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway analysis were carried out by using David database and kobas software.Results: A total of 167 ginsenoside active components were collected,194 targets were predicted and 32285 targets for primary liver cancer were predicted;network analysis showed that the key targets were serine /threonine protein kinase(AKT1),insulin-like growth factor(INS),interleukin-6(IL6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)and TP53,etc.;Drug composition-disease target network map shows that CCND1,CASP8,AKT1,TNF,IL6,TP53,INS,EGFR and other targets are in the front rank;pathways in cancer,PI3 K Akt signaling pathway,hepatis B,age-range signaling pathway in diabetes The age-related signaling pathway of diabetic complications and the measles signaling pathway are the main biological pathways.Conclusion: Ginsenoside can inhibit the growth of hepatocarcinoma cells and promote apoptosis by inhibiting cell division cycle,regulating insulin metabolism and controlling inflammatory reaction.
