Clinical Observation On Sequential Therapy Of Kidney-toning In Treating Non-obese Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:In this study,the clinical efficacy of the method of sequential therapy of kidney-toning combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of patients with non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)was investigated to explore its mechanism of action.Methods:Sixty non-obese PCOS patients meeting the criteria were randomly divided into the therapy group(sequential therapy of kidney-toning combined with Diane-35)and the control group(Diane-35)each with 30 menstrual cycles.Both groups were treated and discontinued to observe the 3 menstrual cycle.Control,comparison of conditions,sex hormone levels,B-ultrasound,TCM symptom evaluation,etc.,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the sequential therapy of kidney-toning combined with Diane-35.Results:1.Total curative effect:The effective rate of the therapy group after 3 months of treatment was 86.7%;the total effective rate of the control group after 3 months of treatment was 90%,and there was no significant difference.2.Sex hormones:The observation group and the control group effectively reduced the ratio of LH,LH/FSH,T,and AMH after treatment.The sex hormone levels of the two groups after 3 months of discontinuation had no difference before treatment.3.Ultrasound:The ultrasound score of the observation group and the control group decreased significantly after treatment.The ultrasound score of the two groups after 3 months of withdrawal was not significantly different from before There was no significant difference between the two groups.4.TCM symptoms:TCM symptom scores decreased significantly after treatment in the observation group,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant;TCM syndrome scores of patients in the control group did not decrease significantly after treatment.Comparison between two groups,they have significant differences after treatment.Within the group,there was a significant difference in TCM symptom scores after the 3 month menstrual cycle in the observation group before treatment.Conclusions:1.The total effect of sequential therapy of kidney-toning combined with Diane-35 is similar to that of Diane-35 in treating non-obese PCOS.2.The sequential therapy of kidney-toning combined with Diane-35 can reduce the LH,LH/FSH ratio,T,AMH and other sex hormone levels,and improve endocrine function.3.The sequential therapy of kidney-toning combined with Diane-35 can improve the ovarian polycystic condition in patients.4.The sequential therapy of kidney-toning combined with Diane-35 has better effect on improving TCM symptoms of non-obese PCOS patients,and can obviously improve the symptoms of liver and kidney yin deficiency in patients,and in terms of long-term efficacy,there are certain advantages.5.The sequential therapy of kidney-toning may be to regulate the role of the reproductive axis,namely,the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis,to promote the development of follicles and improve the ovarian function of patients,thereby achieving the purpose of treating PCOS.
