Study On The Mechanism Of Bushen Shengjing Medicine In The Treatment Of Male Infertility Based On The Theory Of "Kidney Dominates Reproduction"

Couples of childbearing age do not take any contraceptive measures,after a year or more of regular sexual life,infertility caused by male factors is called male infertility.At present,the incidence of male infertility is on the rise all over the world.The main clinical phenotype of the disease is oligoasthenospermia,which accounts for about 40%to 75%of male infertility.Due to the complexity of the pathogenesis of the disease,the current conventional treatment is still drug therapy.However,the efficacy of western medicine in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia was poor,and the side effects were large,so there was an urgent need for effective alternative treatment strategies.Traditional Chinese medicine depends on the overall concept and syndrome differentiation system,according to different symptoms,different diseases,different people give different treatment methods,with its rich prescription,flexible prescription and other advantages,in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia has achieved a certain effect,gradually favored by people.Based on the theory of "kidney dominates reproduction",this study studied the mechanism of Bushen Shengjing medicine in the treatment of male infertility.On the basis of collecting ancient medical books and modern scientific research literature,this study comprehensively expounded the mechanism of Bushen Shengjing medicine in the management of male infertility from many aspects,such as medical case report,clinical research,pharmacological mechanism research and so on.The study believed that deficiency of kidney qi and loss of nourishment of sperm were the pathological basis of male infertility.Kidney deficiency could lead to an imbalance of Zang-fu yin and yang,which may lead to male infertility because of kidney yin deficiency and deficiency fire disturbing the seminal chamber;it may also be due to kidney yang deficiency and seminal chamber losing its warmth,resulting in male infertility.In addition,kidney deficiency could also involve other viscera,liver loss and catharsis,seminal chamber disorders led to abnormal ejaculation in men;deficiency of spleen and kidney,lack of seminal chamber source led to less semen volume in men;disconnection of heart and kidney,semen chamber disturbance led to mens semen exudation.Bushen Shengjing medicine are mostly sweet,warm or cold,tend to settle,enter Xiajiao,and mainly return to the kidney meridian,so they have the effect of Bushen Shengjing,and helping to nourish and give birth.In the aspect of experimental research,this study duplicated the rat model of oligoasthenospermia and observed the effect of Jingqi capsule on the model of spermatogenic disorder.The results showed that compared with the model group,the tissue structure of testis and epididymis in Jingqi group was relatively complete,the spermatogenic cells and spermatozoa at all levels were closely arranged,and the number of spermatogenic cells and spermatozoa increased.Under electron microscope,it was observed that the nucleoli of spermatogenic cells,epididymal main cells and sperm were relatively complete and clear,the cytoplasm was abundant,the number of organelles increased obviously,the arrangement of mitochondrial crest was normal,the structure of Golgi complex was clear,and there were few vacuoles in the cytoplasm;the levels of serum T,FSH and LH were increased(P<0.01,P<0.001),the content of SA was increased(P<0.001);flow cytometry showed that sperm cells were arrested in G2 phase(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the total apoptosis rate decreased significantly(P<0.001).The experimental results suggested that Jingqi capsule has the effect of anti-spermatogenic cell apoptosis in rats,and this study can provide further scientific experimental evidences for the application of Bushen Shengjing medicine in male reproductive health.
