Analysis Of The Influencing Factors Of The Results Of Treatment In Patients With Chronic Renal Heart Syndrome During Hospitalization

Objective: To study and analyze the multiple factors that affect the therapeutic effect of renal heart syndrome,Find out a more suitable treatment plan,So that the clinical symptoms of renal failure and heart failure can be significantly improved,the prognosis of quality of life improved.Methods: the data of 100 patients with renal heart syndrome admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to November 2019 were investigated.According to the random number expression method,they were divided into two groups: good prognosis group(Study Group)and bad prognosis group(control group).According to the therapeutic effect,the patients were divided into three groups: the cured group,the improved group and the ineffective group.In the treatment group,symptoms such as chest tightness,edema,chilly limbs and cold limbs disappeared completely,renal function indexes returned to normal,ECG examination was normal,and heart function was restored;in the improvement group,symptoms such as chest tightness,edema,chilly limbs and cold limbs were significantly reduced,renal function and ECG examination,and heart function were improved;in the ineffective group,clinical symptoms,heart and kidney function were not significantly improved;in the effective group,improvement group significant Effective group,good prognosis group is effective patients,poor prognosis group is invalid patients.BNP,Cr,bun,ECG and ejection fraction were observed before and after treatment.The curative effect was evaluated by different medication plans.Results: the regular use of diuretics,phosphodiesterase inhibitors,ARB,ACEI,calcium antagonists and digitalis had a certain effect on the prognosis of the patients with renal heart syndrome.The prognosis of the patients treated with the above drugs after 6 months was significantly better than that of the patients without and without regular use.There was a statistical difference between the two indexes of heart failure and renal failure(P<0.05).Conclusion: diuretics,pressure control,crown expanding and other drugs are of great significance in the treatment of renal heart syndrome,which can significantly improve the quality of life in patients with prognosis.Appropriate use of digitalis drugs has a certain effect on the improvement of heart function.
