Clinical Effect Of Chunze Decoction On Chronic Heart Failure With Diuretic Resistance(Heart And Kidney Yang Deficiency Type)

Purpose:To explore clinical curative effect of chunze decoction on chronic heart failure with diuretic resistance.The clinical effects of Chunze decoction was assessed according to the experiment clinical symptoms and signs before and after the treatment,Chinese medicine symptom score,echocardiography(LVEF %),24-hour urine output,6 min walking test,to improve clinical safety and seek an effective clinical combination of Chinese and western treatment for chronic heart failure with diuretic resistance.Mothod:using randomized,controlled method,a total of 40 patients with diagnosis standard who are grouped according to random number table was divided into the control group(20 cases conventional western medicine therapy)and the experimental group(20 cases)conventional western medicine treatmentand+chunze decoction subtraction /three times a day).Cycle are one week.Curative effect evaluation standards are 24 hours urine,NT-pro-BNP and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)%,6 min walking test,NYHA cardiac function grading,TCM syndrome score.Observe the above indicators before and after the experiment,and observe treatment security such as electrolyte disorder situation,adverse drug reaction.Results:1.After one week treatment,all the 24 h average urine were increased significantly(P < 0.05),with statistical significant.Compare in the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Two groups of treatment could increase urine output,and there was better curative effect in the treatment group.3.The TCM syndrome integral were compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),the difference after treatment was statistical significant between two groups(P < 0.05).Both groups could improve patients' TCM syndrome integral,but the treatment group is better.4.The NT-pro BNP of two groups were compared with before treatment(P <0.05),with statistical significance;the difference after treatment was statistical significant between two groups(P < 0.05).Both two groups of treatment could reducethe NT-pro BNP,but the treatment group is better.5.LVEF: The LVEF of two groups before treatment was compared with after(P< 0.05),with statistical significance;the difference was statistical significant bentween groups after treatment(P < o.05).Two groups all could increase the LVEF with heart failure,but the treatment group is better.6.NYHA cardiac function grading: Before and after treatment the cardiac function were compared(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The two groups after treatment were compared(P < 0.05),The treatment group was95.65% and 91.30% in control group;The treatment group is better.Conclusion:1.The chunze decoction can increase left ventricular ejection fraction,enhance diuresis effect,and alleviate chronic heart failure,thus improve the diuretic resistance better.2.The chunze decoction has no obvious side effects,with well clinical safety.
