Research On The Optimization Of Hospital Union System Of The First Hospital Of Wenzhou Medical University Under The Background Of Sharing Economy

This research is based on the development trend of medical consortium reform under the background of sharing economy.Taking Wenyi First Hospital as an example,the characteristics of four hospitals participating in the construction of medical consortium are summarized.,Combined with the operation effect of the medical consortium and the measures taken,it is concluded that the number of hospital visits in the medical consortium has not decreased but increased,the operating costs of the hospitals at all levels of the medical consortium have increased,and the medical consortium operation model has led to doctor-patient problems.Frequently issued,the complaint rate does not drop but rises by 3 points,the main problem to be solved urgently.On the basis of literature retrieval and analysis,combined with the current hot economic background of sharing,this study collects data by questionnaire survey,makes statistical analysis on the data with the help of statistical analysis software,further examines the existing problems through questionnaire survey results and draws corresponding conclusions.Based on the urgent needs and exploration of the government for medical reform,brainstorming,questionnaires,data and other methods,combined with system theory and group control theory.An optimization plan for the operation mode of the First wenzhou Hospital is proposed from two aspects of Optimization of existing models and safeguard policies of government and related departments.Based on the literature search and analysis,the study used questionnaires to collect data,and analyzed the data with the help of statistical analysis software,and found out that the flow between referrals and other medical consortiums was not smooth,causing inconvenience to patients18 Point the cause of the problem.Through the analysis of the optimization content of the existing model and the guarantee policies of the government and relevant departments,the optimization plan for the operation mode of the medical consortium of Wenyi First Hospital is proposed.About the security policy of the government and related departments,we should optimize and improve the five aspects of implementing the responsibility of the government as the main body of medical care,giving full play to the economic leverage of medical insurance,perfecting the personnel guarantee and incentive mechanism,strengthening the supervision and management function of the industry and perfecting the performance appraisal mechanism of the medical consortium,so as to guide the formation of a smooth referral mechanism within the medical consortium.To promote the sinking of high-quality medical resources and flexible employment mechanism.In the background of the policy dividend period for the construction of the medical consortium and the sharing economy in full swing,this study conducted an empirical study on the management system of the medical reform model,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions,which have practical guiding significance.However,the country's medical reform is in full swing,especially the public medical reform is gradually entering the deep water area.The relevant supporting policies are not yet clear,and the relevant legal research on the profitable operation of public hospitals is lacking.Therefore,some countermeasures and recommendations need to be further verified.
