| Purpose:Through theoretical research,the understanding of TCM on Hashimoto's thyroiditis was expounded from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis and treatment.To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaifu Liujun Decoction in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis in hypothyroidism,and to provide the basis for the clinical application and promotion of this prescription.Methods:According to the western diagnostic criteria for Hashimoto's thyroiditis and Hypothyroidism and the diagnostic criteria for TCM liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,according to the method of random control,60 patients meeting the standard were divided into treatment group and control group.Thirty patients in the control group received euthyrox treatment orally,and 30 patients in the treatment group received Chaifu Liujun Decoction on the basis of the control group.Three courses of treatment were observed before and after treatment in both groups.The thyroid function level,thyroid autoantibody level,left and right thyroid volume,thyroid isthmus thickness,interleukin-6,liver and kidney function,and TCM syndrome score were compared before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Result:After statistical analysis and comparison,there were no significant differences in age,gender,and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).?Clinical efficacy:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 56.67%.The control group was significantly lower than the treatment group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).?CM syndrome score:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01),which was statistically significant.?Thyroid function level:Compared with before treatment,the serum TSH was decreased,and the levels of serum TT3,TT4,FT3,and FT4 were increased after treatment in both groups(P<0.01),and the serum TSH in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum FT3 and FT4 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),all of which were statistically significant.The levels of serum TT3 and TT4 were not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).?Thyroid autoantibody level:After treatment,the levels of thyroid autoantibodies decreased in both groups(P<0.01),which was statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the TPOAb level in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05),while the TGAb level decreased more significantly(P<0.01),which is statistically significant.?Thyroid volume and isthmus thickness:After treatment,the volume of left and right lobes and isthmus thickness of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and the reduction in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).? Interleukin-6:After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 in the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).?Safety indicators:There were no gastrointestinal reactions such as skin allergies,nausea and vomiting during medication before and after treatment in the two groups,and there were no abnormalities in safety indicators such as blood,urine and feces routine,liver and kidney function.Conclusion:Taking Chaifu Liujun Decoction combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets is more effective than taking levothyroxine sodium tablets alone in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis in hypothyroidism period,especially in improving the symptoms and signs of patients,regulating thyroid function,reducing the level of thyroid autoantibody,etc.,which is safe,reliable and without side effects.It is worthy of further clinical research and application. |
