Objective:To analyze and evaluate the effects of mind-body exercise(taijiquan, qigong, mindfulness, etc.)on cognitive function(global cognitive function, executive function, memory)and depression in patients with mild cognitive impairment by Meta-analysis,so as to find effective evidence that mind-body exercise can improve cognitive function and depression in patients with mild cognitive impairment,so as to improve the knowledge system of exercise intervention in patients with mild cognitive impairment,so as to provide evidence-based medicine basis for mind-body exercise intervention for rehabilitation nursing of patient s with mild cognitive impairment. Methods:Using computer to searche Pubmed,EMBASE,CINAHL,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Chinese biomedical database(CBM),Tsinghua Tongfang knowledge network database(CNKI),Wanfang data knowledge service platform(W an Fang),Pro Quest database.Other resources were searched for randomized controlled trials on cognitive function and depression in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment after mind-body exercise intervention in databases such as WHO International Clinical trial Registration platform and BMC Clinical trial Registry. The search deadline is December 2019,and the language is Chinese and English. The retrieved records will be independently screened by two researchers according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the average(mean)and its standard deviation(SD)from the baseline to the completion of the intervention will be extracted or calculated from the included study. The quality of the contribution shall be included in the quasi-evaluation price according to the quality evaluation price of Cochrane evaluation handbook version 5.1.0.Review Manager5.3 was used for Meta analysis, and the combined effect value was calculated by weighted mean difference or standardized mean difference.z(u)test was used to determine whether there was statistical difference. The heterogeneity between studies was judged by I ~2.Fixed effect model or random effect model was used for quantitative merging of data. The source of heterogeneity was judged by subgroup analysis. The stability and reliability of Meta analysis results were evaluated by sensitivity analysis.Funnel chart was used to determine whether there was publication bias. Results:A total of 1065 elderly people with mild cognitive impairment were included in 8 items of RCT.Among the included articles,Most of studies included belong to high-quality documents, and the main bias comes from the fact that most of the studies fail to implement double-blind and have some implementation bias. The Meta analysis of the included study showe that compared with the control group,mind-body exercise can improve the global cognitive function,[SMD=0.39,95%CI(0.09,0.69),P=0.01]memory function[MD=11.59,95%C(5.57,17.61),P=0.002]and executive function[MD=-28.00,95%CI(-39.32,-16.69),P<0.001]of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment, but it is not found that mind-body exercise can improve the depression[MD=-0.16,95%CI(-0.12,0.14),P>0.05]of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment.Based on the subgroup analysis of the types of mind-body exercise,it is found that Taijiquan[MD=0.92,95%CI(0.37,1.46),P<0.001]and Qigong[MD=2.71,95%CI(1.74,3.69),P<0.001]play a positive role in improving the global cognitive function of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment. In the sensitivity analysis of mind-body exercise to the global cognitive function of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment, the results are basically the same, suggesting that the results are stable and reliable.Conclusion:Mind-body exercise can improve the global cognitive function, memory function and executive function of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment,at the same time, specific forms of mind-body exercise such as Taijiquan and Qigong also show a positive effect on the global cognitive function of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment, but mind-body exercise have no significant effect on the depression of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment. Therefore, more large-sample,high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed in future studies to verify the effects of mind-body exercise on cognition and depression in the elderly with mild cognitive impairment.
