Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Huangzhuxinwei decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of BRG,and to explore the theoretical basis of treating bile reflux with Qingdan-Hewei method,so as to provide new compatibility ideas and clinical evidence for the treatment of chronic gastritis with bile reflux. Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,82 patients with bile reflux gastritis were collected from January 20,2018 to January 19,2019 in the outpatient department of Gastroenterology Department of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The patients were randomly divided into a western medicine group and a traditional Chinese medicine group by drawing lots, with 41 people in each group. Both groups were given Mosapilli. On this basis, the traditional Chinese medicine group was supplemented with Huangzhuxinwei decoction. The total course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks, and a review was performed 6 months after treatment. To observe, enter, statistics and analyze the general data,TCM syndrome points and gastroscopy points before and after treatment and TCM syndrome effect, gastroscopy effect and comprehensive effect after treatment of two groups. Results: During the course of treatment, due to poor compliance(discontinuous taking of traditional Chinese medicine)or lost of follow,8 patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group were eliminated or dropped off.The actual study analyzed 74 patients(41 in the western medicine group and 33 in the traditional Chinese medicine group).Analysis of the results:(1)The proportion of males in bile reflux gastritis patients is lower than that of females;(2)The elderly patients are the most, reaching 51.35%,followed by the mature patients, accounting for 39.19%,and the least susceptible to the young, about 9.46%;(3)Sickness was 40.54% in one year to two years,29.73% in two years to five years,16.22% in five years to ten years, and 13.51% over tem years;(4)The degree of bile reflux before treatment was 29.73% in grade ?,39.19% in grade ?,and 31.08% in grade ?;(5)Patients with BRG have more incidences of the first, third, and fourth Yun in the Zhu-Yun,and more incidences of the first, third, fourth, and fifth Qi in the Zhu-Qi.(6)In the syndrome types, there were 32 cases(43.24%)of disharmony between liver(Gallbladder)and stomach,18 cases(24.32%)of spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome,14 cases(18.92%)of spleen-stomach dificiency syndrome,5 cases(6.76%)of stomach-Yin deficiency,2 cases(2.70%)of Qi stagnation and phlegm-blocking,3 cases(4.05%)of blood stasis obstruction syndrome.(7)Other diseases related to BRG from close to alienation are reflux esophagitis, liver disease, duodenal disease, heart disease,Barrett's esophagus, bile disease, atrophic gastritis, cholecystectomy, gastric surgery and diabetes;(8)After the treatment, the TCM syndrome score was 4.10 ± 1.96 points in the western medicine group and 2.73 ± 1.55 points in the traditional Chinese medicine group. Both groups showed significant improvement compared with before treatment, and the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the western medicine group(P<0.05).Comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes, the effective western medicine group was 95.12%,the traditional Chinese medicine group was 100.00%,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than the western medicine group with statistical difference(P <0.05).The comparison of gastroscopy scores after treatment was3.24 ± 1.51 points in the western medicine group and 2.06 ± 1.22 points in the traditional Chinese medicine group. Both groups showed significant improvement compared with before treatment, and the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the western medicine group(P <0.05).By comparing the efficacy of gastroscopypoints, the effective rate was 87.80% in the western medicine group and 96.97% in the traditional Chinese medicine group. The traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than the western medicine group and had statistical significance(P <0.05).The effective rate of the comprehensive efficacy was 92.68% in the western medicine group and 96.97% in the traditional Chinese medicine group. Both groups were significantly improved than before treatment, and the traditional Chinese medicine group was superior to the western medicine group. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: By analyzing the treatment of bile reflux gastritis with Huangzhuxinwei Decoction, the combined scheme is better in the efficacy of TCM syndromes, efficacy of gastroscopy points and comprehensive efficacy. It is concluded that Professor Gan Aiping has rich experience in the treatment of this disease, has significant clinical effects, and has no obvious side effects, which is of significance for clinical guidance.
