| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Dachaihu tang decoction in the treatment of(Liver-Stomach disharmony)functional dyspepsia.To provide a safer and more effective treatment for functional dyspepsia with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese medicine of outpatient 66 patients who fit the inclusion criteria functional dyspepsia.Randomly divided into two groups according to the statistical method.It is treatment group and control group,The patients were divided into 33 patients in each group.The control group was given Mosapride tablets,Five milligrams a day,tid a day.The treatment group was given Dachaihu decoction with 200 ml water each time,take it twice before meals in the morning and evening.The improvement of clinical symptoms in two groups was observed after a course of treatment of four weeks.Results:1.The total effective rate of Dachaihu decoction on the clinical symptoms of patients with liver and stomach disharmony type functional dyspepsia is 93.5%.The total effective rate of Mosapride group is 70%,the total effective rate of treatment group is higher than that of control group.The difference in comparison is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The symptom score after treatment in each group was significantly lower than that before treatment in the same group.There were significant differences in symptom scores before and after treatment in the same group(P<0.01).The treatment group is superior to the control group in the improvement of treatment index(P<0.05).3.There were no adverse reactions in both groups during the period of medication.After treatment,no abnormal changes in laboratory and examination indexes were found in the two groups.4.A comparison of safety indicators conducted before and after the study shows:no obvious abnormal indexes were found.It shows that,the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine prescription can achieve accurate,safe and reliable clinical use.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.Conclusion:Dachaihu tang decoction in the treatment of liver stomach disharmony of functional dyspepsia through clinical observation,draw the following conclusions:1.Dachaihu tang decoction and Mosapride,in the treatment of liver stomach disharmony of functional dyspepsia were safe and effective.2.Effect of Dachaihu tang decoction on functional dyspepsia with disharmony of liver and stomach.Compared with Mosapride,the overall curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the Mosapride,group.It is an ideal drug for the treatment of hepatogastric disharmony type functional dyspepsia.3.The results show that Dachaihu decoction is very effective in the treatment of liver and stomach disharmony functional dyspepsia.It shows that :the effect of treating functional dyspepsia with TCM method is obviously better than that with western medicine alone. |
